After being ghosted by other companies, we tried Phillips and they were great from beginning to end. They kept in contact with us through every step of the process until our scheduled project date, and their employees did excellent and professional work on the painting and drywall repair. This was one of the best home improvement experiences ever after Sammy and Arturo took over. I can not say enough about Sammy. I had some difficulty reaching the office and scheduling my appointment. Sammy got involved and turned this into a beautiful experience. Also I have to say Arturo is one of the best. Fantastic job Arturo. I will definitely use Phillips again but I will request Sammy and Arturo. Thanks so much. I am beyond pleased with the outcome.

Phillips home improvements and painting has been wonderful to work with. I used their services on two of my rental homes and the homes look brand new when work was completed. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.

We needed repairs due to a leak upstairs and crack repairs from foundation work. Sammy and Javier really took care of us and actually completed the job early! Their quality of work is so good that I cannot even see where the repairs were made. We even were able to choose a new color for our bedroom, and it looks great! I highly recommend Phillips Home Improvements.

I do not like giving negative reviews but felt I needed to for people who don't get multiple bids. I had a simple job that needed a bathroom fan exhaust vent to go through the roof. A Phillips salesman came to my house and gave me a bid of $936 to do the job. Knowing this job would take less than 20 minutes and materials would only be $29, I called another roofing company that came out and bid the job at $210.

They actually ended up installing 2 exhaust vents for only $325. It took them less than 30 minutes to install both vents. Just saved enough money to go on a week vacation. Please always get multiple bids!

I had Phillips do exterior painting then gutter installation a few years ago. I needed some changes made on the system and Mark was right on it getting the addition and changes made. Because of the great warranty the pitch on a section has to be corrected and he's got me in the system as soon as possible. I have also contracted Phillips to do interior painting and removal of the old popcorn ceiling. I'm looking forward to the excellent service I've had in the past

The Phillips team was professional, prompt, and highly communicative throughout the project from quote, scheduling, and completion. Since it took a few weeks between quote and start of work, I received a weekly status call and the job started within a few days of the original projection. The project manager stopped by before work began to confirm everything and on starting, work began promptly each morning.

The crew replaced siding and trim boards, caulked the windows and siding joints, and painted the exterior. No mess, no trouble, great looking job! Will definitely use Phillips again.

Antonio and his crew came out and were very professional from start to finish. Would I use them again and the answer is YES! Our home looks great with all the carpentry that was done and then the painting. Antonio checked on his crew as a Project Manager does and should do and we couldn't have ask for a better manager and crew. Replaced and painted soffits and siding. see the pictures an the POOR workmanship. I repeatedly told them about the nails you could see assured that they would be sunk in and putties over. here's the end results. they did come back and fix the front panel but nothing else said they'd be back to fix the corners.no show after several texts and calls. even sent a letter with pictures nothing, the last visit they did say they couldn't do anything about the nails because it would break the hardy panel. According to another contractor had they been installed properly they could have.

The personnel were excellent in there removing and replacing the old siding with Hardie board and trim. They replaced all the old siding on the chimney. Their craftsman ship was outstanding. They should be a little more careful with the trees and shrubbery. Clean up of old small siding remnants should be looked at more closely. At the end of the day their total accomplishment on this job was outstanding.
