Simply the worst roofing company in Sarasota county. No CUSTOMER SERVICE of any kind. Called for Roof repair and was told I had to wait 6 weeks for an estimate. Six weeks even though I have used them in the past. I am under warranty for a prior roof repair and they still would not come out. Dont make the mistake I made.

I had my roof replaced 8 years ago. Within a couple of years it leaked. They came back and repaired it. Now, a few years later, the same spot leaked again. I had a different company look at the problem. They said the area was very much rotted under the singles. When I called Gary's they said there was nothing they could do because we were out of their area AND it was out of their (whopping!) 5 year new roof warrenty.
