Roof Masters

Bob managed our remodeling project after we had a waterline leak that required all new kitchen cabinets and a kitchen island, along with floor and wall repairs. Bob facilitated all of the different workers to perform their specialized jobs. All of the sub-contractors were on time and performed their jobs professionally. The best thing about this experience is that Bob did what he said he was going to do and made sure it was done correctly. What a breath of fresh air!

Bob and the crew, Douglas, Sam, Jessica and a second young lady who performed the work were great. They completed the work in a timely fashion, as promised. The quality of work was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who would be in need of the services Buildmaster provides. Thanks again to Bob and the crew.

Bob and his team were assigned to my insurance claim rebuild and did an excellent job with remodeling / rebuilding my home. Overall - Bob was fantastic. I will hire him again for any project. He recommended the best products and the best practices to make sure the job was done and done right for years. Unbelievable is all I can say. Bob (Project Manager) and his team not only installed new flooring to perfection, but they did it under a tight deadline and delivered on-time. Build Masters is the greatest! We had a leak in our AC that went undetected for a long time so we had to rip up all the floors and redo our entire house since we have continuous flooring and a lot of the dry wall was ripped up. The home was beautiful before but after Bob and his crew came in, it looks even better! They are meticulous but quick and left the home super clean after each day, which we really appreciated.

We thought it would have taken months but they were able to complete the job in 2 weeks - absolutely amazing! It also helps that they are very knowledgeable so decisions were that much easier to make! They handled all the insurance adjuster requests, payments, etc. they are life savers! We will miss Bob and his wonderful team (Coco and Alberto) but will definitely see them again since we have a wish list that we'd like to get done. Thanks guys!

We were assigned Build Masters by our insurance company to repair drywall and paint after a water heater leak. We were more than pleased by their workmanship and attention to detail. Bob, the supervisor, checked in with us every day to ensure we were happy. Alberto, the person on-site most of the time, was very polite, punctual, and thorough. We liked them so much, in fact, that we are giving them the opportunity to make more repairs in our home from other damage. Once that's complete, I will leave another review!

6-Star (is there such a thing!?!) I've been in the service industry my entire life and Bob and Build Masters are the gold standard of service providers. I had two (yes two) back-to-back floods that forced me to replace wood floors (twice) and a kitchen on the second flood. In both cases Bob/Build Masters over-delivered. Quality of the work done was second to none and everything on schedule as promised. Bob's continued and thoughtful communication was greatly appreciated given I had to manage this project from 2000 miles away. We can't wait to receive our new appliances to complete the kitchen. Thank you Bob for over-delivering and making our dream home even dreamier.

It is AMAZING! Bob has turned my old, and I do mean old style bathroom into a beautiful new style bath. I have a nautical theme throughout my house and I knew the colors I wanted, but was not sure what tile to use. Bob brought me some samples and they were perfect. I love the little colored pebbles he chose for the floor of the shower. They picked up all the nautical colors I wanted.

One thing I was very impressed with, was the way Bob called me almost every evening to make sure I was pleased with how things were going and to see if I had any concerns. I was also so impressed with the way his workers cleaned up after themselves. They left the place in nice order every night and were mindful to not damage any of my property or yard.

We used to Build Masters LC for our rejuvenation/anti-aging clinic and personal training gym. A 9,000 sq ft warehouse conversion. The experience could not have gone better.
