David Dashiell assisted me through all the trials and tribulations of getting my roof replaced after hurricane Irma. When it was finally time to put a new roof on my home his team was professional. They started on time each morning and worked in a professional manner. The job site was cleaned up every evening and thoroughly cleaned at the completion of the job. Like many others in our neighborhood, we used Global Roofing to help us with the hurricane damage to our roof. Their understanding and experience of the claims process was instrumental in achieving our insurance settlement. Once we had the go-ahead, their crews were quick and efficient in getting repairs implemented. We appreciate their attention to detail and the thorough clean-up. As I said, they did many jobs in our neighborhood because satisfied neighbors recommended them.

Not knowing anything about roofing, and after hearing many horror stories, Global Roofing came to me via a referral from a trusted family friend. Although apprehensive at first, Mike set me at ease and walked me through the entire process, from working with my insurance company, their adjuster, my HOA, etc. He explained everything so I knew what to expect, what needed to be done and the order it needed to be done in.
When I had questions, he was immediately responsive via email and/or text. Nothing ever went unanswered. Everything was done according to schedule, with the utmost professionalism (which is difficult to find these days), and the site was left neat and clean, with no remnants of debris. A neighbor of mine, who was in construction and had his roof replaced a few months prior by another company, commented on what a great job Global Roofing did for me and wished he had gone with Global Roofing also.
The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is why, without hesitation, I highly recommend Global Roofing and Contracting. Thank you for making this such a great experience and I will absolutely recommend you to everyone I know!

Excellence- Start to Finish, We discovered we had roof damage from Hurricane Irma 1 1/2 years after the monster storm. We contacted Global Roofing for a roof evaluation. Based upon the very positive reviews they had online and the fact they were an established local company, we decided to proceed with them. We were advised that indeed we had damage that required a roof replacement.
They outlined every step we would not to take from filing the claim to the likely hurdles we would encounter dealing with the insurance company. Long story short, the insurance company adjuster would almost certainly issue a report that would lead the company to deny the claim. They recommended a law firm that specializes in these types of denials and we began to work through a 15-month process of suing to secure a favorable resolution.
In short, because of Global's experience and guidance we were successful and one of the most important (and generally unseen) part of the home, our roof was not left in disrepair diminishing our safety ad the value of our home. There are many steps and "moving parts" to the roof replacement process (who knew?) and they were there at every step to help us make the right choices.
They were particularly at keeping us informed on where things stood. Their work crews were prompt, professional and extremely careful on the job right down to thorough day cleanup of the site. The subcontractors who did certain aspects of the job were also top-notch and equally professional. Job started as promised and actually finished a few weeks early before facing another Florida Hurricane. We would highly recommend this firm. Global Roofing just completed my roofing job. I have a very large-steep-complex roof structure AND an insurance company with a track record of resisting significant claims. Mike Egan met the challenges with professional expertise, incredible customer focus and outstanding overall quality. He represented my interests with the insurance company's professional structural engineers plus adjusters.
He knew his stuff and prevailed. He then planned, organized, and staffed a three phased removal and re-installation of my roof. His focus on my requirements was intense. He told me what was going to happen every step of the way and delivered in a timely manner. If I had a question or issue he responded to telephone calls, texts, and emails immediately.
During the project, the job site was meticulously maintained and not one plant from our extensive landscaping was damaged. The quality of the job is outstanding and we are extremely satisfied.

We chose Global Roofing for the replacement of our Irma damaged roof, and could not be more pleased. A very professional and well run organization. They were present when the insurance adjuster came, and presented him with a detailed list of the damage, and initial proposal for a new roof. Whenever the insurance company had a question, Global provided answers in a timely manner.
