Terrible experience with this company. After I caught them roofing back over my old paper, it got worse. They lied and kept cutting corners. The flashing was bent and improperly installed. They didn't finish the ridge hip and just put tiles back on, hoping I wouldn't catch it. It was one issue after another. It took them 2 months to finish and a two week job after to almost completely redo the roof once we threatened BBB and the ROC. They also never cleaned up properly. I still find old roofing nails in my gravel. I would never want anyone to go through the stress we went through.

Excellent quality work, and even better customer service. Our "go to" roofers for everything.

If you are in need of roofing service, you cannot go wrong with this Company. First, you'll get an honest, reliable estimate from Manager Jonathan. Your crew will show up on date and time agreed upon and do whatever it takes to complete the job. In my case, work was interrupted by a nest of wasps. Yikes! Superintendent Fred came with spray and took all the time needed to kill all the insects.

As the day wore on and got hotter, Nelson and his crew stayed to finish and even did some extra finish work not included in contract. After a few days, Fred stopped by again to inspect and make sure I was satisfied--only then did I receive a bill. Thanks, Roofing Consultants.

They did an amazing job, I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs. Ricky was very professional, friendly and efficient I cannot day enough nice things! I will definitely use this company if I ever have any additional roof repairs etc.

This company saved me $1500.00 today! After SEVERAL other bids came in at a generic number of $1500 or $1495.00, the owner, Rickey, dropped by, got on the roof and immediately saw the problem. The collar on my chimney had come loose and he borrowed a screwdriver, tightened it and plugged a leak, the only leak, that others had totally missed. I give them a 10 out of 10 and huge thank you’s. You can trust them.

Used Roofing Consultants of Arizona and would recommend them to anyone. Rickie came out on a Saturday morning to repair tiles that lifted from a microburst and didn't even charge us. Very friendly and helpful!

I spoke with Dan, he had my install set up within a week of when I decided on his quote. Entire job Done in one day, had one fix which they gladly came and took care of at NO CHARGE. I had 5 quotes done on my roof and their quality and price made me write a 5 star review overall Not cheapest or highest, but what I got was well worth it. I will consider using them again in the future

One guy showed up to do a two or three man job. After first heavy rain about 8-9 months later, the roof leaked in the exact place that was supposedly repaired. I never call a company back that does poor work so I called another company. The boss showed me where the original repair had lapped the paper the wrong way so that water was running under the paper and leaking into the ceiling. This error is so stupid that it should never happen. I would never use these guys again.

No one wants to udder the words "we need to get a new roof". We have been limping along our roof for a couple years and a replacement was way overdue. I called around to 3 different roofing companies to get estimates and they were all within $500 of each other. When I called arounaround again to see their availability two were more than two weeks out and since we were in the middle of monsoon season I really wanted to get it taken care of sooner. Roofing Consultants of Arizona could rip off and replace my roof one week later.

The customer service, foreman and workers all could not have been nicer. No "oops" moments with them. The really exceeded my expectations and I will refer them to everyone I know from here on out! Thank you for your prompt and professional service!

As I couldn't remember if we had posted a review when we used Roofing Consultants back in February/March of 2017 during a very difficult time for our family, and today had had need to contact then regarding the work performed in order to provide to our insurance company (I know, a little late in the game), in order to update our insurance policy. I found Janelle to be extremely helpful and friendly.

When we initially contacted with Roofing Consultants, they showed up as scheduled to view our roof and quickly provided an estimate. The crew that performed the re-roofing of our home worked diligently and left an extremely clean site when completed. I even had positive comments in this regards from some of our neighbors. We were not provided with any "surprises" when the work was complete.

The final invoice was as was quoted, which is refreshing compared to what I have witnessed in the construction trades. To me, this confirms they know what their doing at the onset. Great management, great employees performing the labor. I can't say more. If ever you are in needing of roofing/roofing repairs, I highly recommend you work with Roofing Consultants. Three stars. First, I had one property with a tile roof and foam done last year. The property Fascia had to be redone based on my own inspection due to sloppy work. It required calls from myself, inspecting myself and going to the property and getting on the roof. The owner was great and came out and did take of the issue- but honestly for the cost of this company, should not have happened.

Today I had the company bid a rental property for a rolled roof. The bid came in over $1000 more than three other companies. Absolutely ridiculous. I own several properties and can say the prices quoted are not realistic. Jonathan the estimator did not communicate well and this client is moving on.

I consulted this roofing service company for the roofing of my farm house before the summers. They did a wonderful job upon that and their workmanship was top notch. The team was highly professional and knowledgeable who understood my necessities and completed the work as per that. I am highly impressed.

They rock, the honesty of Rick the estimator was amazing. As it turns out we didn't need a new roof just a few simple repairs. Would highly recommend them for their honestly alone. Very rare to find!
