I was very pleased with both the staff and the service I received. They completed my roof in a short period of time and stayed under the estimate cost. We downsized from a larger house and bought our smaller, retirement home less than 5 years ago. We had been told that the roof on our new place was about 8 years old. We were surprised and upset when the roof developed a leak last winter, and when we had roofers come to look at it, we found out that the roof had deteriorated to the point where it needed replacement. Maly's representative Leroy came immediately and on time for their estimate, and he was incredibly personable and forthcoming with needed information on how to get a roof that would last in our changing climate, and be a beautiful addition to our retirement home.
We are so happy with the product/s that we selected with extra protection against high winds, impact, and algae. Within a couple of weeks, the job was done. Leroy's crew was polite, hardworking, and cleaned up every bit of debris. The roof is a fabulous addition to our home's aesthetic. It looks like a cedar roof, but is without the maintenance of true cedar shakes.
The price for this very good quality roof was reasonable, and their excellent warranty on the product and workmanship means we will not have any worries ever in coming decades. We HIGHLY recommend this company and their products.

*UPDATE* We found out that the issues were with the General Contractor, Aquire Restoration. They hired one of Maly's guys to do work "on the side" for our restoration. The guy used Maly's equipment and name, but was not authorized to do so. He had since been fired for repeatedly doing that, but this did not get us any help on our problems. Aquire is a slimy, dishonest company, Maly I guess I haven't really had experience with. *Original post below, no longer valid* Does not stand behind work, little wonder there is no BBB accreditation.
Our general contractor sub contracted our roof through these guys when a branch punctured our roof. After the job, our flat roof has water pouring over the edges during any rain. Before the job we did not have this problem. The owner (or whatever he is) is more than happy to recommend plumbers to come out and replace the drain, or people to come out and trim back our trees that are dropping needles onto our roof.but won't fix the problem himself.
If the clogging was the root issue here, it is something I would have had to do long before this roof had been replaced. The new roof looks nice, but performs WORSE than the old one did. Stay away from these guys, not an honest company.

We needed a new roof a few years ago. Our old one was totally worn out, and on its last legs. A friend recommended Maly's to us on the basis of two full re-roofs they had gotten due to bad weather. We have no money, so getting a new roof was pretty intimidating for us. You never know what they'll find once they start tearing the old shingles off, and it can be really expensive. Maly's said our old sub-roof was good, when they could have sold us repairs we'd never be the wiser about.
They also cut us a deal on a lot of higher-quality shingles that were in a green color. Kinda odd, but we didn't mind, and we got a longer warranty out of it. The crew leader and I had a misunderstanding about where they were supposed to re-roof and where they were supposed to leave it alone. He wasn't super happy about it, but in the end he did agree to do every area I had originally specified, and only charged me like half of what he said it would have cost otherwise.
I guess you should make sure they know exact details before they roll up! They came and were done in one day. I found a few stray shingle-bits around the yard afterward, but they managed to leave the yard looking pretty clean when they left. On the whole, they provided a quick and efficient service for us at a surprisingly reasonable cost. Now we never have to think about that roof again!
