Leon's Roofing & Siding

We had Leon's come out and replace our roof, skylights, windows and siding. The entire crew did amazing work. The roofing crew was efficient and highly skilled. They removed old vents, patched decking, installed a ridge vent, replaced old skylights and installed new shingles. The siding and window crew (Kim, Wade, Tim and Theo) were exceptional to work with.

They asked questions on design choices and were quick to always explain everything. The worksite was left in a clean and orderly state each and every day. They arrived at the same time and worked consistent hours each day so we never had a question if work was happening on a certain day or at what stage the project was at. We used LP smart side and had it installed in a horizontal plank and board and batten style. The end result was more beautiful than we even had thought possible. This was the best crew we have ever worked with. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We met with five different roofing companies and landed on Leon's based on gut feel and a sense that they were trustworthy and had good character. We were definiitely right to trust that. They did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. Even though our project had extra complications (involving working alonside a restoration company that was working on deeper interior repairs), Leon's welcomed the situation with professionalism and flexibility.

They installed a new roof for us while we were out of town. When we came home we never knew they had been there except we had a new roof. Pricing was fair. Our roof recieved hail damages in late spring of 2018. Roof was not replaced until late of November 2018, the shingles never settled and sealed until next summer because of the cold. We also had water leakage and damage through our roof over the furnace. The electrical circuits were damaged and the furnace needed a replacement motor and parts, also needed to replace all drywall in the ceiling and seal around that furnace vent, when an employee checked around the furnace vent on roof he told me " the sealant hardened around the vent which caused the leak".

Our Insurance also covered 2 damaged skylights, one was replaced and the other skylight had a cover over skylight that the owner broke, so he offered to pay for that skylight since he broke the cover. Then the next day he said he would not cover the skylight and also would charge to install it in early Spring and he actually was rude! He never returned our phone calls concerning the unfinished skylight. SO, still no skylight! LEON'S ROOFING your work is very unacceptable.

You do not follow through with you're work, which left a distasteful, horrific experience because of damages you and your business caused that wepaid for. You got away with the insurance check before the second inspection was completed. Your work was UNFINISHED, but hey any way you can make the extra money, right? The workers who did do the roofing work we're very good and very efficient when they installed the roof, you the workers qet that star ! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS CONTRACTOR!

They provided multiple recommendations for changing attic venting and materials for low sloping areas to follow best practices. I agreed with their recommendations and confirmed through on-line research that they were correct. The crew was timely and courteous and completed the job professionally and on-schedule. Leon's replaced our roof after hail damage and we also had them replace some siding and soffit after a later storm. Adam was very easy to deal with and did a great job.

We received bids from several companies to replace our hail damaged roof and we are glad we went with Leon's. Adam was prompt in providing an estimate which we decided to be the best for our needs. They moved us up in their schedule as the insurance company required the work to be completed in a short timeframe. And we couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the crew that did the work.
