We have used Village Roofing twice now to replace our roof. Recently we experienced a heavy hail storm with baseball + size hail. I called Gerry within 15 minutes after the storm. Two weeks later I had a new roof. Gerry is professional, courteous, knowledgable, and supervises all his jobs personally. He bends over backwards to ensure all our needs are met and we are completely satisfied.
We love using him, and if and when we have another storm, we'll be calling him right away. I have recommended Village to both family and friends who have also used him. Gerry is also extremely knowledgable in dealing with the insurance end of the business.

Gerry and his crew did an excellent job on re-roofing my house - He was extremely helpful working with my adjuster to help get my claim approved - The crew was very experienced and efficient. Gutters were upgraded and I also had some drainage work completed during the project. All the work done was just perfect. On time and exactly on budget. My adjuster was kind of a pain to work with, but Gerry worked with him on my behalf to get the work approved - I think the adjuster would have walked all over me if Gerry wasn't there to close the deal.

Gerry's guys got everything done in less than a day. My neighbors were impressed! Gerry uses his knowledge of the insurance claims process to maximize his services and he is a great resource in communicating with the insurance company directly on your behalf. Apart from just doing a superb job on the services performed, I appreciated him taking the lead in communication with insurance claims department. Couldn't be happier with the job Gerry's team did. I used Village Roofing in 2010 to replace my roof after a Tornado they did an incredible job. So in March 2019 when the big hail storm came through Gerry and his crew came to the rescue again. He walked around and inspected everything, things I never even considered looking at, he then dealt with our insurance adjuster so we didn't have to worry about anything.
He came by personally at all stages of the process, and at our convenience, to make sure we were informed on everything. They did a great job on the roof as well as replacing and staining our fence. They were professional and quick. Great work, great service would recommend them for all types of work. As a matter of fact I sent him to help my sister and he did a gorgeous job replacing her bathroom tub with a walk in tile shower and new tile flooring. They do it all!
