They replaced my roof in 2019, I have since realized they did not replace a vent boot. The boot was new, installed by a handyman because of a leak around the vent prior to the new roof. So now I still have a leak around the vent. I made contact in Dec 2021 to ask that they replace the boot they removed. I was told that they would get to it, I've sent texts and attempted a letter by mail. That was returned. When a company puts that Christian fish logo on their estimate, one would expect to be dealing with good folks. Just not so.

We used express roofing 2 years ago to replace our roof. We then needed new gutters a few years later after our roof was replaced and in that process we found out that express roofing did not replace some of the drip edge and what they did replace they installed it incorrectly. We have called them several times and they will not return our calls. If they do return our calls they say they will come out and fix it and has never shown up.
Now almost 3 years later it is still not fixed, we are in The process of having someone else do it and we are out money! I would NOT use Express roofing! You can not trust them to do a good job!

Do yourself a favor & do NOT use this "company". Son "took over" for Father. They do NOT honor their warranty. REPEAT.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nothing but CROOKS using excuse after excuse after excuse. See photos for their AMATEUR "work". STILL LEAKING, DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Getting ready to have ANOTHER re-roof, by a REAL COMPANY who DOESN'T remove flashing & counter flashing WITHOUT consulting homeowner. Pics show least of issues. Garage ceiling sheetrock is falling in due to this "company" ineptness.

I Highly Recommend! James franklin and chris christy were exceptional guys to work with and easy to talk to. They made the process so easy & took the time to explain the whole process in great detail & answered all of our questions. The Roofing crew were equally professional & didnt “mess around” they got in there & knocked it out & made it look so easy that I believe they could lay shingles while theyre sleeping, lol. Bottom line is They done an exceptional job. Thanks guys!

My family could not be happier with the care and service received by Chris Christy. My grandparents have needed a new roof for a while, and had many leaks. I called Chris for an estimate, and he was super helpful. He addressed a lot of questions and concerns. The crew came on a Saturday and did a fantastic job. They were very polite and cleaned up the yard better than they found it. The roof looks great!

Express roofing did our roof after we had wind damage to the shingles. James was reliable and easy to contact. He came while the insurance adjuster looked at our roof. He was able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. His crew was respectful as they worked on our home. James or Daniel stayed on site almost the entire time the roof was going up. This was a relief as I’ve had a roof put on by another large company here in Lex and they sent their crew, but there was no one on site to ensure the job was done properly. James was easy to work with and I would recommend his services.

Called them to do my roof. They gave me a quote, told them I wanted it done. Didn't hear from them for almost 2 weeks. Called them again and gave some excuse on why, then said they'll be there no later then Monday to do it. That was over a week ago. Again, no calls or anything. If this is how they do business I don't want any part of it. If they don't want to do it is it that hard to just say so? Terrible!
