Recently bought a house that just had a new roof placed by this company. As we were moving in we realized that when they put the new roof on, the went over the dryer vent. Attempted to call them and ask why this was done and they put us on hold and then hung up on us without an explanation. Ignoring a safety risk and we had to fix it ourselves. Not a great look. If you get your roof done, make sure your vents are still there so you don't have problems later :

I'd give 0 stars if I could. So I set up an appointment & I got Kevin serey who came out. He was friendly & everything, but the time frame to get me an estimate was terrible. 1 month - 12days & I still don't have it. I called in & they told me he's busy so it'll be Tomorrow before I could hear from him. I can guarantee these people wouldn't of called me back.

This should of been sent to a owner at this point. Over a month to get back to someone & you try an send me back to the same person? Save your breath & find someone who vaules your time. This is exactly why people should shop around, I wasted almost two months & now have to contact another company.

Yesterday we had siding replaced from July 's storm damage. Joe and John did an excellent job! You were able to match the color of the siding to the rest of our home quite nicely! Thank you Maxim for sending us highly qualified professionals to repair our issue in one day with superb results! You will always be the company we turn to to take care of us!

I had them out for some maintenance/repair. They found and fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I initially gave a poor review which was a mistake. They made every effort to fix a pending leaking issue that in all honesty wasn't their doing. I was too quick to judge since I'd been a victim of poor service by another company prior. They stepped up, and I'm sorry it took so long to make this right. They'll do you what it takes.

Maxim installed a new roof and gutter guard on my house, as well as replaced a skylight and added siding around my chimney. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with everything. They came when they said they would, they worked around some challenging weather, and they put in long hours to get the job done quickly. They also did great a job matching the color of the siding on the chimney to the existing house siding. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Maxim Roofing to fix nail pops and remove the weathervane. They did a decent job removing the weathervane, but ignored several nail pops. When we inquired about them, we were told to give it time to settle down. We sent pictures when they did not settle down and were told someone would come fix it. No one came. Now, I have to deal with roofers coming on a regular basis, asking if I want my roof fixed. It's very frustrating that we paid for a service that was never done.

Maxim roofing is a professional, reputable company who stands by their work. I hired them to put a new roof and gutters on my house in September 2014. They did a great job and maintained a clean work space. In March 2017, I noticed some paint peeling on my fascia, where maxim had put on flashing and gutters. I called them, Randy came out and looked at it.

He determined that the flashing was just a little too short, and a small amount of water was getting in, just enough to peel some paint. Despite the gutters being out of warranty (1 year), maxim came out and repaired the flashing free of charge. I highly recommend this company, as they stand by their work after the sale. That is a rarity in the roofing business!

We were very pleased with Maxim Roofing. They gave an estimate timely, kept to their word, and we're very efficient in completing our new roof. They cleaned up after themselves. Everyone we dealt with friendly and professional. Would recommend them to everyone.

Maxim replaced the flat rubber (EPDM) roof of a covered walkway at my church. When I was shopping for contractors, the owner came to the church the same day that I called and provided an estimate for the job. His price estimate beat the competition. We agreed on a start date for the job, and everything went as planned - with crews showing up as scheduled and keeping a neat work area while the job was in-progress.

They completed the work slightly ahead of schedule and it appears to be a quality job. They also ended up replacing a few support boards due to wood rot, but still stayed within the written price estimate. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with Maxim Roofing, and would definitely use them again.
