We have used Rich Roofing 2 separate times once for repairing our roof and gutter when a couple of trees hit our house from storm damage. We also used their rock waterproofing service to waterproof a section of our home that was allowing water in through our exterior stone. Highly satisfied and Highly recommend!

Contractor was asked to leave the driveway and garage clear. they did the opposite blocking the drive and garage. they damaged my property when asked to move theyre equipment. I then got a flat tire because they had nails and shingles thrown all over my driveway and trailer. I wouldnt use this company customer. Mr fisher address 171 southview dr. I'm the Tennant whose property was completely disregarded and damage was caused.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Called have have someone come out for an estimate. Was outside waiting at time of the appointment. Called the office an no answer left message and no call returned. Called back several times to only leave message and no one returns call.

Rich Roofing was professional from start to finish. They treated our property like it was their own! We are so happy with our new roof!

We called Rich Roofing after receiving a recommendation from a neighbor. Eric was prompt at meeting me at my home and answered all my questions. I had a quote the next day and scheduled work a week after that. The crew working on the roof were clean and you can hardly tell they were there - well, except for the amazing new roof! I had a few issues to address with Rich Roofing, which they did quickly and put my mind at ease.

Highly recommend! UPDATE: Discovered issue with installation of flashing and gutters not lined up properly. Been calling and asking for this to be resolved for weeks only to be told - our crews will be there. Trying to get this repaired before the next rain so it doesn't wash away the landscaping that I've already fixed once.

What a subpar door install. Top of the door is hacked, uneven with burrs along the top. The knob and deadbolt holes were drilled too large and a piece a scrap plastic from our recycle bin was used as a "repair". Finish of the door was marred and not even a drop of paint was used to atleast hide what had been done. Door is FAR from weather tight.light can be seen on three sides.

But the kicker was the installer, who arrived in a company truck, asking me if I had any weather stripping. What a waste of a brand new door. I wouldn't recommend this business for ANYthing home improvement or repair related. Sub par hacks. Next time just drop the damned door off and I will let my six year old install it.

Extremely poor company with even worse customer service. I had them come out to inspect my chimney and paid them $685 for a repair they promised would resolve the issues with my bricks coming loose. When the bricks continued falling off, I contacted them again a multiple occasions and they never returned my calls. There are much better companies to hire and I wouldn't even consider giving Rich roofing any business whatsoever. The quality of their work and their warranty mean nothing.

I have used Rich Roofing on several occasions to fix leaks in our commercial building and they have always responded quickly and they just get the job done. Recently we had a leak in our garage roof where we took down a satellite dish. I called Eric and he had someone there that day to patch the leak preventing further damage. They returned when the weather was better and finished the job, not only fixing the leak but also repaired the damaged drywall. These are good guys and I highly recommend them!

I had a chimney cap installed and was so impressed I also had the gutters cleaned. Rich Roofing did an excellent job with the chimney cap (special order). It looks beautiful and is functional at keeping critters out. The gutter cleaning was thorough. By the next rain the water was coming out my downspouts instead of over the side of the gutters. I have a two story house and a garage as well as half my neighbor's garage (my tree sheds its leaves in their gutter- neighborly courtesy) that I had done. I am very pleased with Rich Roofing and will use them again. I highly recommend!

We hired Rich Roofing to build a covered patio at the back of our home. We were told the project would take five days. Our project has finally been "completed" after 12 stressful and frustrating weeks. I use the word "completed" very loosely as it is more a matter of knowing that they're incapable of quality work than it is a matter of having something we are happy with.

We have heard every excuse from car trouble to health issues, broken cellphones to materials on backorder. They didn't even obtain the proper permits from the county and the city. Unfortunately, now at the end they have not delivered a porch that was worth the wait. The work looks rushed and messy. When we pointed out several things that we were unhappy with, we were told we were being "too particular." We are left with several projects just to fix the things they should have done in the first place.

We have also been left with deep, visible scratches in the siding of our home (they told us just to use some paint to fix those). Rich Roofing has terrible customer service. They are unorganized and lack time management skills. They don't provide quality work. They belittle their customer. They use contractors that can't get the job done. They have an excuse for everything. Let our mistake be your warning. find someone else to do your project!

I called Rich Roofing to get a quote on having 4 skylights replaced. 2 of the skylights were leaking, and it's currently springtime. An employee named Wes came out to look at the job. He was on time, polite, and thorough. That's the last time I ever heard from him. I called a week later, and the person on the phone said he was working on my quote.

I called another week later on a friday at 3:30, and only got an answering message saying the normal buisness hours were 8:00 to 5:00. I called the next monday and told the person on the phone if they didn't want the job then that was fine, I just needed to know if I needed to call someone else. As I said, I had 2 skylights leaking and it's springtime.

I was told that Wes was in a meeting, but had my quote ready and would call me as soon as he was finished with the meeting. This was 6 days ago, and still no word from Wes. That's a long meeting. Nothing grinds my gears more than a company making it impossible for me to give them my money
