Colony Roofing put siding on my Townhouse. They did a Great job. They showed me before and after pics since my siding was on top of my roof. They did a great job with the cleanup also. Thanks Steve for your honesty and professionalism.

New roof with extra water shield added. We were on a tight time frame as we were getting an addition added to our home that changed our roof line. Due to weather uncertainty, we needed to have a new roof installed quickly. Colony roofing met our timeline and budget. Steve Furber was on sight multiple times to inspect the progress of his roofing crew in the blazing August heat. Top notch and whole heartily recommend!

Steve and his team are great. I had them replace the siding on my mothers home and just had them replace the roof. They were not the cheapest estimate I got on either job but they did such a good job with the siding that I believe it's worth the small difference. Steve kept me informed about everything at all times and met all stated completion dates.

We used Colony roofing and had nothing but a good experience. I had received close to a dozen bids and their pricing was in line with the others if not cheaper. The owner pointed out things that the other companies didn't comment on unless prompted, like the need to have vents under the eves. He also was transparent in what his cost for the vents was, and told me how easy and cheep they were to do myself if interested, so it didn't feel like an up-sale attempt. The crew was quick, professional, and did a great job with the cleanup.

Not to be overly dramatic, but two storms were approaching. One was in the Gulf of Mexico, and one was an insurance company that would not provide insurance unless we installed a new roof. This we learned on Monday. That afternoon I researched roofing contractors and decided I wanted a GAF Factory Certified Elite contractor because we could get lifetime protection on an entire GAF roofing system this way.

I saw that Colony Roofing & Exteriors had nothing but five star reviews - lots of them, and it was a GAF Factory Certified Elite contractor. I called Steve, the owner, and he was in our home the next morning - Tuesday. The storm in the Gulf was headed our way and was expected to hit land on Wednesday evening. I explained our problem and Steve had his crew at our house at 8:00 Wednesday morning and they worked 12 solid hours to finish the installation of our roof just as rain from the storm began to fall. Steve and his son checked on the progress throughout the day and the foreman of their crew, Enrique, did a superb job of getting the job done under pressure. It is easy to understand why they have 100% satisfied customers.

Steve looked at my roof in Firethorne after hail storm and helped me with a honest evaluation of roof. This is a great example of honest customer service. Thank you for your time and support.

Steve Furber and his professional team of roofers did an excellent job re-roofing my home in just one day. The entire process was seamless and the roof looks great! Cleanup was also excellent- I do not see any scraps of shingles or nails laying around anywhere.
