I start with Carlos Mero and Jessica at Braun roofing. When may State Farm insurance was giving hassles about my roof claim. He went above and beyond to help me fight them for over a year. Due to home owners failing health, we final had to move ahead with roof replacement. Carlos and Jessica were unavailable at the time. So my new person was Ron Boyd. Ron was just as fabulous as Carlos and Jessica. Called him on June 3rd for new estimate.

Then called him on june 10 to say HOA approved. Roof was installed on June 13th. Amazing! Both Ron and Skeeter (Braun's owner called me to see what I thought about the new roof). It made me feel like I was a VIP customer. Now I am getting my house painted by a gentleman Carlos referred. Then I plan on getting new gutters thru Braun's roofing. In my line of work, I have access to dozens of contractor. Braun is at the top of my top 5 list. Thank you so much Braun's Roofing family!

Good initial job on roof installation. Poor reaction to and communication about the water pipe leak that was caused by installing the roof. Agent was egotistical and interested in casting blame instead of trying to help us deal with the results of the water leak. Service: Roof installation

Clint Richardson with Braun Roofing did a great job for us. When they took our prior shingles off they found roof damage around our fireplace. Clint showed us the damage, repaired the roof decking around the fireplace where it was damaged and put a new roof down on our entire house. He was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. They were timely and did a great job cleaning up after all was said and done. I would highly recommend them.

Used Brauns for Pearland home. Great quality and price. Then had major hurricane damage last August at beach house. Brauns was there the next day with roof patches to protect the interior. Braun's roofing installed my roof 7 years ago and Craig Wright was the sales person. The roof has not aged well and it has black areas and streaks. Two roof cleaning companies have expressed that it looks like more than should be for such a young roof. I contacted Braun's and my sales person Craig Wright called me back today. He was extremely rude, condescending and completely dismissive of my concerns.

After telling me that the roof cleaning companies were inexperienced and what an expert he is, he literally told me, "It's not worth my time to come look at it." So, don't expect ANY customer service after the sale. Next roof, will be with a different company.

Despite weeks or waiting and MULTIPLE calls to the estimator and their office, I never received an estimate! Lots of excuses, lots of BS, but no estimate, Must be nice to not need the business, Don't waste your time and effort!

Craig Wright was our liason with Braun's Roofing. Craig negotiated directly with our insurance adjuster to secure the most favorable settlement possible. The crew was highly skilled and professional. They are very unethical I am an 80 year old widow and they put a different color shingle than what i ask for. I noticed when they had a fourth of the shingles already on. I called their office number and the lady on the phone would not send me a copy of completed work for a discount for my Homeoners insurance, ,I also looked up where their company was and there was no buiding, A empty lot with a small sign on it.

I think they are vey dishonest. So far the roof looks nice, Hopefully they put all materials that should be on for good coverage, ,B ut the color does not really go well with my Brick color. Carmell W,

In my opinion this is a second generation owned business without a clue as to customer support and a total lack of customer respect. I heard about Braun's Roofing on Michael Berry Radio and needed new roofing work by a reputable roofing company on my second home in Spring, TX. I'm a senior and have had health problems so not able to be at my home so wanted responsible contractor who could perform work in my absence.

Price was never an issue I was willing to pay for professional, reputable company. What a nightmare dealing with their estimator/supervisor Derrick Davis! Didn't show up for appointments, didn't call back and lied about follow ups and service/warranty work. Calls to the office were not returned and warranty was a joke. Finally sent Weston Blair out to do warranty work after threatening to have another roofer repair their work and demanded reimbursement through a law suite.

As of today, not sure if leak is repaired since Mr. Blair follows same pattern of ignoring customer as did company and Mr. Davis. Everyone can have a bad day or a bad experience. A business is measured by how it responds and follows up. Braun's Roofing is in need of training in customer relations and warranty follow up and how to make and keep appointments (or at least how to use a telephone to reschedule).

They are disrespectful of customers' time and cannot keep appointments and don't call to reschedule. Take your business elsewhere if you expect respectful, timely, honest service.

Jerry, the estimator, came out Thursday to quote the job. The very next day, the crew came out and repaired the roof, fascia and replaced gutters due to wind damage. Good quality and workmanship. Would use again. Services: Roof repair, Storm/wind damage roof repair, Gutter repair

Craig Wright, Skeeter and the work crew were ultimate professionals. Their work was performed quickly and skillfully. Even though there were some additional items that need replacement, Craig stuck to the original quote. We could not be happier. Service: Roof installation

We experienced hail damage on our roof back in January. We had used Braun's Roofing for some previous roof work to address a few minor issues so we decided to go with them for a new roof. Craig Wright worked with us on scheduling and addressed questions from our insurance company. The crew started on the day they said they would and finished in a timely manner, minimizing the disruption to the household.

Each night the crew made sure any exposed roof was covered with appropriate materials to protect the decking in the event of rain. They also added several more ridge vents since we originally only had one (we have multiple peaks). Independent from the hail damage, we had Braun's rebuild the chimney chase to address recurrent leaks from the way it was originally built.

They added a water barrier which it did not have, and re-sided it. I don't expect to have any more issues with it! After all work was completed, the crew cleaned up all the debris and swept the yard with a large magnet to pick up any leftover nails. Throughout the process, Craid was responsive, courteous and professional.

Their customer service is terrible. Our reroof was done in April 2021 and they didn't complete the permit process. Getting them to begin the permit process was a hassle. I have several red tags on my door because of this roofing company. I have contacted them many times but I was told that the salesperson was responsible for the permit. I have also contacted the owner twice and he has yet to contact my husband and I. I do not recommend using this company.

Braun's roofing did a fabulous job replacing our old roof. Craig Wright was especially helpful managing the whole process for us. He meticulously explained the whole process of the project both its financial and technical aspects and was thoroughly conversant with both worlds. He was responsive to our needs and patient with all our questions. His crew was quick and efficient, not only doing a great job but consulting with us along the way as needed. I would heartily recommend their work.

Cannot say enough good things about Craig Wright, Skeeter Braun and the fantastic crew with Braun's Roofing! They were able to finish a significant total roof install in less than three days, were clean, efficient and even tackled some unexpected issues with complete professionalism and precision. Would recommend to anyone in need of a new roof or any sort of repairs!

Terrible job at my mom's place. They wouldn't stand behind their work in spite of the written warranty

I am beyond APPALLED our neighbor is getting their roof repaired and the employees of this company thought it appropriate to throw shingles and nails in OUR yard and driveway! Guess we'll be investing in new tires and tetanus shots! UPDATED - Supervisor came by and was very apologetic. He informed us to call if we have any issues (nails in tires) from the debris. All mess was cleaned. To be honest the neighbors new roof looks great and was completed in a day!

My next door neighbor and I had the exact same damage by the written estimate yet they gave me an estimate that was 10 times his. When I brought that up to the estimator, his response was "he must have had some side deal."

This was the first time in my home owning experience to "contract" out such a large job. Craig Wright at Braun's Roofing answered all my questions and concerns truthfully and basically "painted a picture" of what I could expect. The crew arrived on time, and prepped my yard and and began work immediately. I was very impressed. The Texas summer threw a curve ball during the removal phase by unleashing a huge rainstorm after the majority of the old shingles were removed.

No problem. The crew along with Craig safely and quickly covered the areas that needed covering, The roof and cleanup came out great. I certainly would recommend Braun's Roofing, and if you can.talk to Craig Wright.

Complete rip off, put a depots down and have not heard a word from them. Pass them buy.

It was so easy getting a new roof after the hail storm last May. It took less than a week and looks great. They really helped us go through the insurance process. Thanks, Jessica! She is fantastic!

Talk to Rhett Bretthauer. He was awesome. Very response. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, and finished in a day. I talked to a number of companies and Braun's had the most competitive price for basically the same thing. Would highly recommend them, and specifically Rhett, to anyone in the Houston area.

Unauthorized work on my roof & no restitution. They were a no-show on the scheduled time to do an estimate for me & my next door neighbor. Then a few days later called my neighbor to say they are at our houses, saw damage (beyond what was detected from other roofing companies) & wanting to start work. Told no from neighbor & not to go on my roof since I found someone else. Turns out Mr. Hendricks went on my roof, made a hole & never communicated with me for authorization.

When I spoke to the company I demanded they pay for the repairs my other roofer had to do as a result of their in authorized damage. They said they will mail me check for restitution. Never got it & didn't return my call. I had before & after photos. Watch out for them. They can create more damage to generate work.

We had Braun's Roofing come to the house and give us an estimate on a roof leak based on a ceiling stain we had on an upstairs bedroom. I called and Jerry Greenshaw was out the next day with a worker to give an estimate and said he would be out the next day to do the repair. We spoke of painting and sealing 6 vent jacks and he would screw down the flashing at the base of the dormers, because the flashing was nailed down and it had pulled up an inch from the roof and could leak so screwing it down would fix any possible leaks.

I did not check his work order because we spoke of the repairs, the work order did not include screwing down the flashing which I discovered later. The price was $725 and I agreed. Braun was out the next day to do the repairs but Jerry did not show up with his workers as he previously said, therefore screwing down the flashing did not get done because it was not on the work order and he wasn't out to moniter his workers.

Also I found later one of the vent jacks was not sealed and painted near the rear of the house where the electricity comes into the house. So only 5 of the 6 vents were sealed and painted. I discovered the flashing issue that afternoon and called him about it and he assured me he would be out to fix it the next day which was a Friday and he did not show up.

So number 1, I find him very unreliable once he gets his payment. When his workers came out to do the original work it took a little over 30 minutes to complete the repair. There were 2 workers, and doing the math that comes out to roughly $1400 an hour. I understand we are in a capitalist society but I think those rates are very high. So number 2, Jerry has a complete inability to fairly cost out a job and if you do hire him then ask him what is involved, how long will it take, and what is his going rate per hour.

Then you can make a more educated decision as to charges. That goes for any contractor, from plumber to pest control. Since he did not come out as promised I called him back on Monday almost a week and a half after the original work to remind him again to return, and he was very apologetic and assured me he would be out this week to complete the repair.

The end of the week is here and no sign of Braun Roofing. So it has been over 2 weeks since the original repair, so as the stated number 1, very unreliable. After I determined how long it took his workers to complete the job and the fact he did not show up with them, I got suspicious and went onto to Yelp and found Braun roofing had a 1.5 mark, out of a 5 point rating system, so I knew I was in trouble.

In Brauns proposal brochure is included a Better Business Bureau certificate with an A+ rating which makes you feel good about your selection of the company. So you wonder why there are such totally opposite ratings. Yelp is a forum for people to vent about their experience so you get more raw emotions and the BBB tells you that customer reviews are not used to calculate ratings. Consumers want to be able to call up the company doing the work to resolve the issue and not have to involve a 3rd party which involves a lot more work and should not be necessary. I will be contacting the BBB because I am done dealing with Jerry and Braun Roofing. I give the company a big fat 0 if I could.

It took several times to get an estimator to finally contact me and then, when they finally did, they argued with me about what my reason for wanting to estimate was. Employee named Craig seemed to have me confused with some one else based on my first name. When I told him we've never even spoken he proceeded to argue with me that his notes about me were accurate.extremely weird.

When he said they wanted to call me back yet again, I started to tell him never mind and before I could he hung up on me. Stay away and don't listen to Michael Berry referral from 740am radio. Will tell Mr Berry about this experience.

First time ever as a home owner to write a negative report. I would not support this business. I have had multiple leaks with a new roof with hassle. I have not had good service with warranty. I am having to pay out of pocket to ensure I do not have to pay for painting again. When asked when I should receive a phone call back I was told, " I can't control when people call." Just not what a customer wants to hear after 10 months of Harvey repair and fought to have them honor warrenty to fix and then to find leaks again.

I called another local roofing company and unfortunately I was told things might not have been done properly. I will pay out of picket and not use warrenty to ensure it is done correctly.

I was very eager to use this company based on the commercials and personal references given to them by houston based radio personalities. I suppose unless its Skeeter himself doing the repairs don't expect your job to be sufficient. Since moving into this home and prior to hurricane harvey this house has had roof leaks. We knew we had to call a company that had experience and a good reputation in town.

This company does not live up to the hype on the commercials. They did not "get it done". As I type this review I have 3 roof leaks in my house all of which were supposed to bel repaired by Brauns Roofing. $3300 later, I would like a refund.

They do not show up. Send cryptic texts latebin the evening and don't answer the phone. The company office has no ability to contact their employees in the field. Not a professional company at all.

Hired this company to do simple roof repairs very disappointed with a company that claims to be in business for over 10 years Matt Aymond was over the crew that did my repairs notified him when I noticed some messy patch work on my roof and was told I had to wait 3 days for them to come back out, but didn't have to wait for them to come and do the job and collect the money! I will never refer this company to anyone

Post Hurricane Harvey. I called Braun's roofing to help me with a leak on a part of my house. I was not at home when one of their associate named Matt came to my house and supposedly inspected by roof. I texted him to e-mail me his findings and how much will the job cost. He never did. Kept on calling and he did not even follow up. They advertise on KTRH but they suck. Don't even try calling this company.

Bad, bad and bad. Do not recommend. Hire someone else. Charge too much, and hire whoever from Home Depot. Roof leaks worse now. Find someone else and make sure they know what they are doing and that they do a good job.

Terrible waste of money. Roof leaks more than before the complete roof replacement. Purchased extended warranty and called numerous times to complain about the leaks. Very slow in sending someone to look at the roof. Never fixed the problem. Finally stopped showing up.

If I can give them a big O Rate I will. This company is quick to take on a job and your money. I have a small stain on my wall due to a small leak on the roof from the recent storm. Mr. Greenshaw came over to inspect and gave us a quote which we agreed. They sent a guy they know who happens to be in the neighborhood to do the work, probably a subcontractor.

The day after they did my roof, it rained hard and to my surprise my roof still leaks even worst than it was before. I talk to Mr. Greenshaw regarding this matter 3 times but he said they are busy. He said he will come by to check it. I have not seen his shadow until now. Due to the leak, my wall starts to develop molds. Don't do business with this people, they don't stand by their work. The are just after your money.
