I was referred to All Phase Roofing and Construction by multiple neighbors on my street for some serious repairs to my concrete tile roof. The experience was nothing short of spectacular. From office communication, to workmanship and cleanliness to pricing-you can't beat them! Cindy runs her business like I do mine and it was much appreciated. Word of caution: There apparently is a major difference between All Phase Roofing and Construction & All Phase Roofing-two DIFFERENT companies.

I am livid with this company. They removed my next door neighbors roof trashing my yard. I have nails broken pieces of tile and sharp round things all around my memory garden. I have called my HOA and it's been days with nobody showing up to clean up the mess. I am a disabled widow with grandchildren who can't go outside in fear of stepping on a nail. No respect from the workers they even threw water bottles in my yard. I wish I could add pictures here. Beware

This company installed a roof on our house by the contractor/flipper while it was under contract to be sold to us. It started leaking immediately after we moved in and All Phase repeatedly promised to fix it, but never did and then after a year told us we had no warranty with it, even though, obviously the roof was put on for our benefit. This company and the people who work for it have no business integrity and their work is substandard.

I used this company for my beautiful white metal roof. The crew was very good about clean up, nails, scrap metal etc. They worked in a timely manner and got my roof done in a weeks time. Frank was very pleasant to work with and he does what he says he's going to do. I'll know in a year or 2 regarding leaks but at this point I feel as though they did an awesome job.

This company installed the roof on our house in Boca and after a year it started leaking. They came out to supposedly fix it a few times but never fully succeeded. After that they told us we had no warranty and they would do nothing to help us. We have had a hole in our ceiling for 6 months. They are not nice people and are not a good company. All the claims on their website about the quality of the work and their warranties mean nothing.

Unbelievably these guys thought it was ok to put the trash from the work they were doing for my neighbor across the street in my yard. When I went out to ask them what on earth they were doing, they proceeded to argue with me about the legality of their actions. Flabbergasted is not a word I get to use often but you could have knocked me over with a feather as I stood there listening to them arguing with me about their right to pile their trash in my yard. It was just atrocious!
