Millard Roofing just re-roofed our house. They did an excellent job! Greg B. came to our house to give us an estimate and show us different shingle samples. He even placed them on the edge of the roof so we could see what they would look like with our house color. Greg is knowledgeable about their products and answered all of our questions. Ryan and Hector and the crew removed the old shingles and installed the new shingles in 2 days total. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everything. You can trust Millard Roofing and I highly recommend them.

Millard Roofing gave our 990 sq foot South Tampa home a beautiful new roof in one day. The roofers worked well as a team and were polite. Gregg was a pleasure to work with. I would not recommend. The gentleman that came out was friendly, but in my opinion very dishonest. He exaggerated the condition of my roof to sell the entire replacement of it. I had a few other qualified estimates that were completely opposite of what he said. Bottom line, I would go elsewhere or at least get multiple estimates.

Greg and his team are highly recommended and did a great job with our roof replacement. We called him, reviewed quotes, gave us options for different roof material companies and warranties, and had us scheduled by the next week. Even when our process was delayed by a couple of weeks due to our community HOA, he was patient and rescheduled us immediately after we received HOA approval.

He does the job right and doesn't cut corners. He answered and explained any questions we had, and fully disclosed any unexpected costs to be aware of. The permit and inspection process was completed smoothly as well, and Greg himself came to do the final inspection. Awesome job and highly recommended!

I was amazed that Greg sent enough workers to complete the installation of my new roof all in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly and I love my new roof. It looks awesome.

This company did a great job on our new roof! It was time for a new roof, but we also had problem areas that had been repaired multiple times by other contractors, including the builder, but the repairs were never done correctly. These areas were addressed by the owner, Greg, during the re-roof. His crew completed the job in two days, and they left the yard immaculate.

My father is a home inspector, and he came by to check the roof upon completion. He found no issues and was pleased with the extra work done to fix our problem areas. This company was not the cheapest, but I live by the saying "You get what you pay for." I wasn't looking for cheap; I was looking for a company who would do the job correctly. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing a new roof.
