I reached out to them on a Friday and the lady on the phone was very nice. Gave her information on our roof leaking, and she said we would get a call by someone on the team to schedule. Monday I called again as I hadnt heard back and she again said I would get a scheduling call. It's now Thursday and still havent been contacted. Luckily it hasnt been a rainy week.
Unfortunately decided to go with another company. If this is how long it takes to just get a phone call for an appointment scheduling I dont want to know how long it would take to get the repairs done. Update: I received a call from the owner explaining the situation which I appreciated. I added more stars for their ability to professionally handle a complaint. Shows a lot about the management and company. Maybe I'll be able to use them in the future if I ever need more assistance

We went with Affordable Roofing because they offered the best price I could find. The roof looks great and they were fairly responsive (when in the office). The roofers themselves were respectful and professional, and as a woman meeting with them alone, I never once felt uncomfortable. They ended up being behind schedule slightly, otherwise it would be five stars for sure.
I would still go with Affordable Roofing on our next project! **UPDATE** I'm keeping my original post above, but we have been struggling with getting any communication from this company post-project. I am reducing my review by two stars due to this. They had promised a Wind Mitigation report that I could provide to our insurance when we signed the contract.
Now it has been over six months of me trying to get this report from them and every time I call or email, they either say they'll get back to me and don't, or ignore me completely. I am so disappointed because the process started out so well. It's a great value, but the lack of responsiveness is simply unprofessional. **SECOND UPDATE** I finally got ahold of someone who got me in contact with John, the Owner, I believe.
Once I talked to John, things got back on track. There was an internal issue with a specific employee that has since been resolved that was the cause of me not getting my report. Though I was still no-showed yesterday, they did make it out to my house finally this morning and I have received the report a mere few hours later. Overall, they definitely need to work on their communication - HOWEVER, it does seem like they are actively resolving these issues and are on the up & up. I would recommend giving them a try for your roofing project still, just don't be afraid to press them for updates. :-)

Horribly unreliable. This was written on July 30th, 2021. First they were relatively quick to accept an appointment to come out and look at a roof leak for a reasonable fee of $65 that would be applied towards the repair once an estimate was established. This was last week Friday and they would arrive on the following Monday at 3pm. On Monday morning they call that the owner John had a pipe burst in his home and had to reschedule (understandable).
They made an appointment for the following day at 3pm. That day no one showed and I didn't receive any warning and/or call to notify me. At that same time their answering service went silent and wouldn't pick up the phone at all (tried several times after no one showed). Calling back the following day (Wednesday) they started picking up the phone again.
The answering service doesn't know anything and has John the owner call back (which he does less than half the time and only after many hours if he does call). This time an appointment was made for the following Friday between 1 and 3pm. Late on Thursday, I get an email from the owner John that they are fully booked till the end of September and "regret" to have to cancel the whole estimate?
They couldn't fit in a simple leak fix / estimate after first stringing me along for a week and just lying to me. STAY AWAY from this place and don't believe what they tell you and don't rely on them showing up when they get a bit busy. They should honor their commitment, or just flat out tell you on day one they are too busy (I would have accepted that). Very unprofessional! Move on to another contractor.

Great company, great service they get a lot of customers contacting them so I can understand the scheduling aspect, plus with the current housing market rush. 3 months later and I am satisfied with the work done and so are my neighbors. I'm willing to sacrifice a day or two as long as the work is quality, which it was. Ps. Had a very bad experience with another roofing company that rushed a project on another property that I own near Kissimmee and totally regret it. Affordable Roofing came really recommended. Glad We chose them.

John has done several roofs for us at Heritage House. He has always been professional and so is his crew. He keeps contact with you on a daily basis and goes beyond the job to make sure you are satisfied. After the roof is finished, he still checks to make sure you are happy. John is amazing. He was quick to come. He was so helpful and honest. I was dreading having to deal with having my roof redone. He was patient and explained every step and all my options. He even fixed the leak in my roof while I was waiting to get financed. I can honestly say I am happy and have a company I know I can trust and call on for all my roof issues.

We contacted this company to provide a certification for our roof and a possible repair. We were told that we had to pay $350 for him to come out and that he always charged upfront for roof certifications. He assured us that he would be able to do the the repair for us and fill out the paperwork for the certification. When he sent the invoice the price increased to 360.50, we paid it because he assured us that he could help.
On the day of appointment he sent an email stating that the roof was beyond repair and that he would issue a refund although he never met with us. I tried to call him but he didnt answer. It has know been two weeks and we have yet to receive our refund and he is now blowing us off. I would never recommend this company and anyone reading this should pay close attention to the negative reviews. I wish that I had. Update: John came by this morning and handed me a refund check. I appreciate that he responded so quickly to this review. I now consider this resolved.

John gave us a pretty good quote for a new roof that we needed. The removal of the old roof began fairly quickly, but the wood repair work for what was underneath took a little bit longer than we expected. The roof was 23 years old and it showed. Two of John's staff Andres and Adam were there to answer all of my questions of which there were many and helped me through the process. Now, we are the proud owners of a beautiful new roof. We would definitely recommend.

Affordable Roofing did the roof on our house back in 2008, but when I emailed them about a small leak I was having, they sent someone out within 2 days. The young man was very courteous and helpful, fixed the problem within 30 minutes and charged me nothing. This is great customer service, and I why I call them when I have an issue. This is the second time I had this company put on a new roof for me. They do a great job and are pleasant to work with. 13 years ago they did the roof and 13 years later I had them back and I'm very happy with the result. 13 years later the shingles are even better and I wanted to have a fresh roof to prepare for hurricane season here in Florida. John Is a great teacher to all of his young workers in teaching them precise skills and they are lucky to have him to work with. They learn a lot from him. John is very professional and has good integrity, I recommend this company highly. Priced very fairly as well.
