We provide roofs for newly constructed homes and buildings of all types (shingle, tile, flat & specialty roofs). In addition, we provide roof replacements for existing structures. We assist the owner with choosing the perfect style and color of roof that will complement their home or business. We also provide new or replacement roofs for both residential and commercial buildings in the Santa Barbara area.

Roofs should have regular maintenance to re-seal caulking every 5-7 years. Clearing leaves and other debris from the roof and gutters should be completed once or twice a year, depending on the amount of build-up that accumulates. Life extension of the roof may also be potentially increased by installing additional venting to create proper airflow, temperature moderation, and moisture outlet.

The experience was great, from the first phone call to get a quote to the completed installation of the roof. The workers were professional, very punctual, and each day before they left they cleaned up the area completely. We had several places on our roof that needed repairing and they did an excellent job of identifying problem areas and fixing them, including an area of roof that my husband had installed in the past. The quality of the work is excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone replacing their roof.

We have a very unusual home with a difficult roof. Quality Roofing did a wonderful job and stayed within the timeline and budget. From beginning (bidding the job) to end (inspection), the crew at Quality Roofing exceeded my expectations. The communication from the office regarding schedule and timeline came before I had to ask. They even accommodated a last minute schedule change request without hesitation. The on-site crew was friendly, competent and efficient. They cleaned up the site each day and were as low-impact as possible when doing roofing work while we were working from home. Definitely 5-star service!

This company is wonderful to work with from the office staff to the workers. They were friendly, helpful, very professional and did an incredible job on our roof. Quality Roofing is a great company. The owners and workers are nice, honest people and the work they do is definitely quality. I was surprised how quickly they could get me in and how proficient they were at their job. The best part was that they cleaned up the whole area around the house when they were done.
