Derrick's did an outstanding job on my roof. Miguel, the Operations Manager was very good to work with. Turned out I needed some additional work because I was adding solar. I felt I was given a fair price for the extra work and the rest went according to the estimate. The crew, led by Andreas were very friendly and competent. They started promptly at 730 each day, cleaned up after themselves, and seemed genuinely interested in turning out a quality product.

We had Derricks Roofing put a new roof and new gutters on our house. They were great! Cindy in the office was so helpful as was Miguel who came immediately when a problem was encountered. They were all friendly, professional, tidy and hard-working! I would whole heartedly recommend them! And the price was very reasonable! Derrick's Roofing proved to be the right choice. A mobile home I recently purchased in the San Vicente Mobile Home Park needed its roof desperately replaced. Fortunately, we chose Derrick's. Miguel (I think) came out, gave us a bid, and we ultimately paid $13,800. When I asked about white roofs to help repel the summer heat, he brought me about a dozen shades of gray.

None were white but the two lightest ones, of a light silvery gray, would do the job. Every day for a week, the workers showed up on time, were polite and quiet (no radios blaring, no shouting), stayed busy, and kept the area clean and organized. We were beyond thrilled with their work ethic and the roof they gave us. The end result is nothing short of spectacular. It certainly wasn't cheap but it was the best money we have spent so far on renovating the place. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have used this roofing company for several buildings I needed either repair, new roof or maintenance work done on. Bobbi and Cindy their front offcice ladies are helpful. Miguel their estimator is well informed and helpful. I will need definitely use them in the future.

We often use Action Roofing but they were unavailable so I turned to Derrick's on recommendation of a property manager. His manager/estimator Miguel was outstanding - photos of every issue they found + proposed solutions; what could wait and what couldn't. Despite the fact that they were exceedingly busy they got me on their calendar and finished the work in 2 days' time. Very happy to recommend.

Mark is a pleasure to work with and Derrick's roofing did a great job repairing our roof. We recently purchased a home and another company had done a roofing inspection before we purchased the home and missed a leak that caused a good amount of damage. Derrick's was responsive, timely and communicative and they got our roof fixed and better than new.

Mark explained what he was going to do to make sure that roof lasted a long time and that we would not have any issues going forward. I really appreciate that he used high quality materials and workmanship so that we can cross that off our worry list. Derrick's Roofing replaced the entire roof for our home, plus roofed two garden sheds. I was extremely pleased with their work - the job was managed professionally, the crew worked quickly & throughly and knew what their were doing (I've roofed before), the crew responded to my questions and on-site requests, and the cost was competitive. He informed me that my roof in fact did not need to be replaced like the previous roofer had said and that I could just fix the area that was leaking and that my roof was actually in good shape.
