Unprofessional. While doing a job in Rhode Island they consistently ignored mask mandates. At one point, 5 people (all without masks) went into the gas station I worked at. When they were told they would need masks they gave me a hard time. One man even refused to tell me where he worked. I had to catch it on their shirts the subsequent times they came in.also without masks.
Their attitudes were insanely immature. It's the type of attitude I would expect from a middle schooler. When I saw them at the store next door (they still weren't wearing masks) and asked if they were from Prime Roofing, one of the men snickered and said no. Another man he was with said they were, and seemed embarrassed. They continued to come in without masks until they were told they wouldn't be served.
Then they went to the store next door and were also refused service. I called their offices and complained three times.nothing changed. Clearly the people at their offices were not bothered by the unprofessional behavior. Therefore, the business itself must be unprofessional. It was all unacceptable and they owe the community they were in an apology. Edit: I do not believe the response given by this business. I called their offices 3 times and no changes were made so I have a hard time believing it
