Todd Rotti - Vice President with 30 years experience in project management and estimating in the commercial building industry.
Single-ply membranes are factory-manufactured sheet membranes. They generally are categorized as either thermoplastic or thermoset and include EPDM (rubber), PVC and TPO. NorthStar having successfully completed over 15 million square feet of single ply roofing over the past 15 years with over 10 million square feet currently under manufacturer's warranty.
When we did have a small leak on one end of the building he was quick to respond and solve the problem. The site was kept tidy with regular clean up and all his equipment was kept in one area.
