In additon to running our office, Sharon Keppler, is currently serving as Immediate Former President on the Board of Directors for Western States Roofing Contractors Association.

I went into their office and was super friendly i even took my hat off to talk to the lady in charge at the office as soon as i came in the old lady gave me a weird look not even one smile i proceeded to ask about a certain tile but didnt even let me finish explaining when she says very rudely they cant help me at all. I noticed a worker had just gotten back so i went outside to ask him a quick question when the office lady proceeded to follow me outside and very rudely told me im not allowed to talk to the workers.
She then proceeded to yell at me asking why i cant take her word when the worker had told me one thing she yells back and says that hes wrong and i need to leave the property. I feel like this lady should be fired that is no way of treating a customer.
