Great regional manager to work for but this position is very physical and doesn't paid enough to work over the road. You have to use a pallet jack to move 1,500-2,000 lbs. metal coils and flat metal sheets that weights 5,000+ lbs. Warehouse staff aren't a team player. Communication within the organization isn't great. As a former driver my route was Vermont / New Hampshire it was very challenging.
For example, the company will forced a driver to go down restricted roads that tractor and trailer shouldn't be delivering in an residential area. The company rather me perform unsafe practices risked the safety of the public, also their trailers needs to be replaced. I lost my job today because I don't share their philosophy. It could be a great company but all money ain't good money at the driver expense. Customer service is key but at the driver risk.

Englert has the most disappointing customer service and communication I have ever experienced in this industry. Their customer service reps are not even educated on their own products that their company sells and they are very rude. I placed an order on 6/4/21 and have not received it yet. The lack of communication with their customers is very unprofessional.
I understand that most industries are behind on all of their inventory but that should be clearly communicated to their customers so we can continue doing business with our own customers. There is no consistent means of communication with their customers and customer service is definitely not their priority. That is a reflection of the upper management and what they value, therefore, I prefer not to do business with a company like this.
I can respect clear communication and efforts to have excellent customer service but for some reason Englert cannot provide that. Their employees' word is not trustworthy because what they say is not what they do. The lack of integrity is a reflection of the company as a whole.that trickles down from the top.

Leafguard is the biggest rip off company $10,000 dollars for 4 piece 20ft gutter. I said it was too much, the rep was so insisted that I gave him a check for $500. They will gave it back, such a big company the could no make my check back to my info. Instead have my zip code as my address When I call to correct the info the lady at the office hang up on me with an attitude.

Purchased gutters in 2009 and have been pleased with the performance until recently. I have been forced to deal with local service company. In Feb I had and issues with a clogged gutter and it took 5 weeks and 5 calls to get an appointment. Service person showed up a day late and un announced. Put his ladder up took a photo from one end and didn't look for the clog at the other end.
After I cleared the clog my self and complain they told me it is damaged and would cost $3000 to repair After 10 years there are probably other option now that are better and treat customer's better. When Englert took over this region things went bad. D Pappe Woodinville WA

Good solid reputation for metal roll forming machines. Buy a good machine with a lot of rollers and take care of it and you can put on a lot of standing seam roofs and get your money back. A lousy standing seam roof is as ugly as a roof can get but a well done one is the most beautiful roof you can install.
