Beware, beware of this company. This company WILL rip you off. The only thing I can say good about this company is the salesman Jacob tried to make it right. They order way more metal and trim then you need for your project. They lie and tell you that you can return what you don't use and then they will not let you return the excess material that they ordered on purpose.
When I say excess material we're talking over $500. And when they do this to numerous other customers they get rich. What a horrible way to do business. I have all my receipts, and pictures of the building for anyone who wants to look at it. They're thieves And they get away with it because they already have your money. They try to blame the customer for everything.
In fact that's why the customer comes to the professional for advice and guidance. They sell enough buildings that they should know how much material it takes. But they order the extra material on purpose knowing you can't return it and they rip you off. they don't offer any blueprints or instructions on how to put the building up. Every part of this business is dishonest.
Then one of the owners sit there and laughed. It sickens me that they confess to be Christians and then rip people off. The good news is they will be held accountable for their dirty deeds. They order all this extra materials knowing that you can't return them. I am going to be turning this into the Better Business Bureau as well.

We have ordered metal for 3 different buildings since finding this awesome company. We have always dealt with Esther who I cannot recommend highly enough. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and always walks us through what we will need for each building. We have never encountered anything but top notch service from the ordering process to the pick up and loading. We also used delivery in the beginning which was also a 5 star service.

Called to get some sheets of metal roofing. Had the dimensions and bill of materials needed. Was put on hold and told I'd be called back in 20 minutes. It's a day and half later and still didn't get a call back. Was ready to give them my business, but due to the poor customer service, I took it elsewhere.

This company is an absolute disgust. Was mislead all the way through my sale and received the absolute wrong product. Merchant would not offer any assistance or compromise to help solve the problem. Would not recommend anyone to even call and get a quote from them. Salesman was specifically told how to build the truss and the company still screwed up the order.
Then they push the blame to me that I did not know what I was doing and did not know how to order a truss. My trusses were for a specific job and needed to be built a specific way. They would not send me blue prints on the product I was ordering. I also paid $850 to have them delivered, when it came time for delivery they told me I was required to be there to unload them and have a way to unload them.
