Rapid Roofing

I contracted with Rapid Roofing for a new flat roof, shingles and skylight; also to complete a gutter/downspout job. Their service was absolutely wonderful. Communication was prompt and responsive, and when the unexpected caused some issues, they were quick to respond and correct in a timely and professional manner. Their workmanship is wonderful; customer service bar none. They obviously take pride in their work and I have no hesitation to recommend Rapid Roofing as a preferred contractor.

My dad had his roof completely replaced with Rapid Roofing recently. Every person I interacted with from the quote at the very beginning, to the completed project end was very polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I am glad with the job and highly recommend them to take care of your roofing needs. I was charged what I was quoted, the job was started and finished as promised, and it looks fantastic.

This company was great from the initial contact with the sales team and on site quote to the final finished product. Paul was very informative on all roofing materials they use and what to expect During the process. Paul was not pushy or high-pressure sales very easy to talk too. Victors Roofing sent out a sales guy that was almost laughable way too pushy and outrageously priced. Victors also never went in attic nor Mentioned anything about the bathroom vent fans that needed to be vented through the roof. Paul thoroughly Inspected my attic he was up there for at least 15-20 minutes taking pictures which really shows how much they care and Making sure there was adequate ventilation.

The install date was a little delayed because of the weather which it's Michigan you can only expect it but when I called to check on the status they got back with me within 5 minutes. The day of the install went Very smooth they arrive at 7 AM sharp and started right away they were done by 5:30pm and dumpster was removed by end of day. The foreman Brent was very informative and kept me up-to-date on how things were progressing.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. They were very careful not too damage landscaping plants and shrubs. They even were able to reuse gutter guards which He said might have to be replaced! They cleaned up very thoroughly and even installed 2 vent fans for my bathrooms. All around a great company definitely the best money I've spent in a long time!

My neighbor is getting their roof done by Rapid Roofing. As a contractor myself; I applaud them for such professionalism. Brent who was the project manager was very polite and knowledgeable. He made sure the job site was clean at all times also making sure no debris ended up in mine or other neighbor's yards. I will definitely be contacting Rapid when the time comes for a new roof!

I had several companies come out to provide quotes for a new roof/re-shingle to my two story home and garage. The decision was very easy to select Rapid Roofing for the job. The sales expert Sam L. was great! Went above and beyond answering questions, listening to my needs/wants, and thoroughly explaining their high quality products vs other competitors.

They were prompt in scheduling install. Day of install their team showed up on time, and project manager Zach L. kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the installers did a fantastic job - all in one day! We were anxious when we started the process of getting a new roof, but Rapid Roofing really put us at ease. Everything, from meeting with our salesman, to the day of installation for our roof went as good as possible. Their staff is communicative and thoughtful. We also got our gutters done by them and we are happy as can be with everything! I would work with them again for sure.

My wife and I worked with Sam and he was a very knowledgeable, straight forward and friendly salesman that really took the time to give us details and further enlightenment about the entire installation process and the roofing products. The price was competitive and we really liked how the workmanship/product was going to be backed up with a great warranty.

The installation crew was very friendly and they did an excellent job cleaning up the site after the install. We were very impressed when the driver showed up to pick up the dumpster trailer and he went around the house making sure nothing was missed. Very good group of people and hassle free throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rapid Roofing.

We had Ryan out to quote our tear off/replacement roof job. He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. He got on the roof, in the attic and explained every step of the process with my husband and I. Permits/scheduling took about 3 weeks, and the workers got the job done in 1 day! We have a 2,600 square foot home, and had two layers to rip off, so I was impressed they were able to finish everything in one day.

They cleaned up the area, and Ryan our salesman even came back out to check on the job and to make sure we were satisfied. One area of our lawn got drove over by the dumpster, but Rapid Roofing came out to stamp it out, and will be back out in the Spring to plant new seed for us. (The job was early winter, or they would have planted seed immediately).

We met with 4 companies for our roofing needs, before deciding on Rapid Roofing and we are very satisfied with our choice! They did a great job, and we have the peace of mind with their warranty as well. I would highly recommend reaching out to them for your roofing needs!

A new roof is a big deal, and I couldn't be any happier with Rapid Roofing. Needing such a major project done on my home was pretty stressful, but the first person I met from Rapid Roofing really changed the whole experience. David was not only exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, but also personable and helpful. He kindly and patiently walked me through the whole process and answered all of my many, many questions, which really helped put me at ease. The installation crew was also very professional and I'm really happy with my new roof. 10/10 recommend!

I cannot say enough about Rapid Roofing from the salesman, Sam, to the crew chief Jeff and his crew. They showed up ready to go to work, no one was standing around doing nothing and Jeff kept me updated with everything that needed fixing. The cleanup after the job was done was great. My roof looks beautiful the color matches my house and I couldn't be happier. I am referring Sam and the company to my sister who needs a roof in the spring.

We had our roof done in Westland Michigan a typical ranch bot the house and detached Garage was done and as of yet we have had no problems our roof has been done for over 5 years. They were the only company to put 9 feet of ice shield replaced the first 2 sheets of plywood all around house. If you are looking for a good place to get your roof done I think you will find it in rapid roofing.

I had quite a few roofing companies come out to give me an estimate and Dylan from Rapid Roofing was the most informed, detailed, and passionate person I talked to about roofs. I had zero questions after talking to him because of his thoroughness. I felt very confident moving forward with them and they did not disappoint. They took extra measures to ensure that no debris landed on the side of the house as well as any of my bushes or plants. And the guys were done within a few hours. Amazing! Can't recommend them enough!

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Rapid Roofing. I had 4 different sale consultants come out to my house and quote me on a roof. Ryan was the ONLY one that went into our attic! He was very up front and honest. Because of the character and knowledge he showed me; I, without hesitation chose to give my business to Rapid Roofing.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Ryan B was with us from start to finish. From the inspection to the day of installation and even days after. Everyone treated us fantastic. We were so comfortable with them. We had other companies give us quote, however the warranty rapid offers speaks for it in itself. We will definitely be doing more business with them (getting our siding and gutters done) If you want a company that does great work and treats you like family then RAPID ROOFING IS THE WAY TO GO.

I'm normally a pretty good judge of character, and when I meet with Ryan from rapid roofing I immediately trusted there company. Even though there price was a little higher than some of the other quotes we had, I felts as if the warranty and customer service was very worth it. It's been a month now since we've had our roof installed and I'm still very happy!

Went on line to get a quote for a roof I needed done ASAP and in about 20 later the most rude women I have ever talk to from rapid roof OR rapid home improvement whichever they go by today called and started but asking to many questions about my house. Such as am I the sole owner would I be making all the decision today and is the house for sale. I asked her why all the questions I am looking for a roof.

She stated I am not going to waste our time if you just want a quote. Needless to say if their company is that rude prior to doing the roof maybe the negative comment seen here are correct. So I went else where.

After trying several times to reach someone I was finally able to make an appointment only for them to NOT show up to the appointment. No call no show BAD BUSINESS! Definitely would not recommend.

I went online to request a quote and immediatley recieved a call to set the appt. Paul came out and was very polite, knowledable and very professional. That was the end of the upside of Rapid Roofing. Our appointment was on May 10th and as of today we have not seen a quote from Rapid. I have emailed and called but recieved no response.

We are very satisfied with our new roof from Rapid Roofing. Mike gave us a very detailed analyst and explained several options. There was never any sales pressure. Once we made our decision they put us on the schedule and started on time. They took precautions to protect our home and completed the job in two days. There was always a supervisor on hand to answer any questions.

Rapid was recommended by a friend who is a contractor and they were professional, accommodating to us taking time to make a decision about what we wanted. They were price competitive and most importantly to me, genuine and not "salesy" they were great at explaining our options and the price points at each level. Other roofers that we got quotes from seemed more interested in pushing us toward everything premium which always turns me off. When it came to getting the work done, they were quick and cleaned up well. Great overall experience.

I was working with a different roofer and was having issues. Mike, from Rapid Roof, came out to my house and exceeded my expectations. He was detailed, explained roof replacement process including labor, warranty, product, etc., helped me select a roof color and grade and was even able to accommodate the addition of a vent fan in my bathroom which I had given up on!

Both me and my wife just love Mike. He is this gentle giant that has a soft spoken voice, respectful, honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, we were not required to have both of us there when Mike came out to give the estimate there was no pressure to sign on the dotted line. WHen we had our roof done by Rapid Roofing, I was so impressed that when it came time to have the siding done there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted Rapid Roofing to do it.

If Rapid Roofing was available for all the projects that I am having done to my house I would have given the job to them. That is how much I love working with Rapid Roofing. I cannot say enough good things about your company and the people that work for you.

Mike Beaty was very communicative throughout the entire process from the initial meeting providing an estimate which included pictures of my roof and a detailed breakdown of work needed. He also provided pictures of the work in progress and their workmanship along the way; which I really appreciated. When I hired Mike's company, Rapid Home Improvement, he told me it would take approximately 2-3 days.

I expressed much concern for immaculate cleanup (concerned about nails in my vehicle tires, or kids in the summer time or my precious pets) and requested his workers treat my home like their own mother's home. I must say I was extremely impressed with the extra care and tarps collecting all the debris, the 20+ crew that showed up to work and the fact that they finished 90% of my home in 1 DAY!

This was terrific due to the inclement weather. I would recommend Rapid Home Improvement any day. Mr. Beaty even re-hung my painting on my wall for me as I was not able to get it back up myself. I am also very impressed with the lifetime warranty that goes along with this job and transfers to a potential new homeowner. So refreshing to see a company so confident of their work product and more concerned about their customers satisfaction than "just" the check at the end of the job.
