Ryan and the Marathon Roofing team was nothing short of amazing. They were referred to us through a friend. From the first call and visit through the final installation, they were the easiest contractor to work with, especially when working with our stubborn insurance carrier. Ryan and the team made multiple trips to our house to work with the insurance inspector/adjuster to make sure we were taken care of and treated right for the damage from a hail storm.
Once the claim was approved, he reviewed it in detail and submitted a supplemental claim to cover items that were missed. They are very thorough and professional. The actual roof and gutter installation was timely and went very smooth, even in extremely hot weather. The clean up was like they were never there. We highly recommend Ryan and the team from Marathon Roofing. It don't get any better than this.

Do not use this business. I had a roof installed several weeks ago. The roof looks fine, however several siding shingles were broken when the roof was put on. Marathon has yet to fix the shingles and repaint, or even setup an appointment to return to fix what they broke. So in spite of having a brand new roof, my house looks like crap due to missing and cracked shingles. Do yourself a favor and hire a company that will complete the job.

I contacted this company for a slate roof repair or potential tile replacement Oct 2010. Although scheduled to come the week of December 13, 2011, the repair was not completed until April 7, 2011. Some of the requested work was not done. The actual roofer told me that I needed a new roof and the owner told me that I needed a partial replacement. Strange! since had asked not to repair with slate if replacement was needed. Lousy communication. Long delay for work.
