Licensed by the City of Winston-Salem, Mr. Steve Rorem has well over 20 years experience in the roofing industry in North Carolina and the Triad Area. Tip Top Roofing opened for business in June of 1990, where Steve Rorem was an employee for 8 years before making the decision to purchase the company, along with 2 business partners in July of 1998.

How do I know if I need to Repair or Replace my roof? If your roof is over 15 years old and you have had roofing problems, you should replace your roof. 15-20 years is the life expectancy for most roofs, but this could depend on the installation. Most often when leaks occur, the roof is likely to be between 10-15 years old and more often than not, only repairs are needed.

Steve has fixed my roof a number of times over the years and I can't rate him high enough. He is always super professional, punctutal, helpful, and fits you into his schedule whenever he can. His rates are very competitive. If you're in the need of any kind of repairs, a whole roof or even just an inspection/estimate give tip top roofing a chance.

Tip Top is fantastic. Steve stands behind his work and even goes above and beyond addressing issues that go beyond his work. He has helped me multiple times (including putting on the roof), but also troubleshooting period issues with leaks (coming from old mortar rather than the roof). I strongly recommend him and his business as they are fair and proud to stand behind their work.

Steve was quick to respond, came and looked at the job and sent the estimate all in 3 days of the original call. Very reasonable and professional. Scheduled job and as planned his employees arrived promptly at 7:00 am both mornings as stated they would. The crew worked and cleaned up as they went and left day 2 job completed and no sign of anything left behind. Thank you for a job well done, I will most DEFINITELY recommend Tip Top Roofing.

I contacted Steve about repairing a couple of pieces of our soffit that were damaged. He was quick to get out to give us a quote and within a week of contacting him we had the issue fixed. Just had Steve Rorem over to address a roof leak and he was there on time, had the problem corrected along with a couple of other minor things that could cause future problems all at a VERY reasonable price. I will recommend this company to everyone I know that needs some roof repair or replacement done. I know I will need a new roof in a year or so & they will be the ones I call to do the work!
