We sustained storm damage earlier this year to a shed on our property, and ended up going with Triad Roofing Services due to their value and responsiveness. We were very satisfied with the results, and the workers demonstrated great attention to detail and worked quick. It's been about four months since the repairs were done and I am still satisfied with the work they did. Would definitely use again!

Wow! Did I say, wow?! We are extremely pleased with our roof replacement. Smooth process and beautiful result - our old-and-tired roof (which was leaking) detracted from our home's curb-appeal. Triad Roofing Services installed both flat roofing and pitched roofing on our home, as well as replaced water-damaged underlayment, and it is an AMAZING transformation!

They used quality materials/methods (warrentied!) and the entire team (quote/office/install) has been helpful, personable, and respectful. Install was very professional and rapid, and clean-up was conducted DURING the project. -NO MESS! The experience has been a positive one. I recommend them with enthusiasm! (No, I don't hold any shares in this company - I really am THAT PLEASED)

They fixed numerous roof leaks and since then we have not had any more water issues/ leaks. So excellent we recommended them to our friends who also spoke very highly of their service, professionalism, and quality! A+++!

Hired the company to replace the roof on my grandmother house. Based on our experience I personally would not recommend them unless you want damage to the interior of your home done and then have them not take responsibility for the damage done. The interior of the home was painted one month prior to the roof being replaced. They dropped 90 lbs shingles on the roof from a height of 4 feet causing the drywall tape seams to split and nail pops to occur in multiple locations.

My grandmother stated that house felt like she was in California and was experiencing mini - earth quakes every time they moved a bundle of shingles. They have my grandmother who is 85 years old stressed out to no return. I WOULD NOT USE THEM. We are sending them the balance of the bill due less the repair bill of $750.00. I have also contacted a real estate attorney.

This review is not bashing there ability to properly install a roof. It is how they treat there clients. Be aware that the may try scare tactics and send you a bill 3 months after the fact stating that 18% interest will be applied to the unpaid bill. If you hire this company I recommend having a good attorney.

Triad Roofing Services was prompt on getting me a price and then completed the roof on the day they said they would. They cleaned up well and overall provided an excellent product at a fair price and their customer service was great as well. Overall I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I called Triad Roofing's office to get an estimate for a new roof replacement and was highly impressed with their offices professionalism and wealth of knowledge to point me in the right direction from what I thought I knew about roofing, which I obviously had no idea what I was talking about once I spoke with their team. They set up a appointment to come estimate my roof and also had plenty of samples of shingles for me to choose from.

I chose Triad Roofing's business because they didn't seem to try beat me up on price and we're very honest and patient with my decisions and schedule. My wife and I chose a charcoal architectural shingle which really popped when it was installed! They were very conscious of my landscape to not damage anything and once gone, you would never know they were there other than a new roof! Thanks again Travis and Triad Roofing for a great job and making a customer feel there still are good people in business that are honest and stand by their work!

Having had some unpleasant experiences in the past, I found Triad Roofing Services to be a great team to work with. They are very responsive, professional, and do great quality work.
