If they do a repair, get up on the roof and check the repair yourself. They chareged me over $800 for a repair that was not done correctly and I had to pay again to have it repaired correctly to another roofer when I sold the house. They left off an entire layer of roofing, they only put the base layer. crazy! Plus they had done my roof at my main home 3 years earlier just fine, go figure. Maybe they didn't think I'd ever see it.

Do NOT hire this man to repair your roof! We had to beg him via numerous calls, texts, and emails to fix our first roof leak, which happened 3 years after the installation, well within the 10-year warranty. 5 years later, found a 2nd leak & same thing is happening: absolutely no response after months of trying. I rate this business 0 stars but they made you pick at least 1. Disgusted!

Had they do a roof replacement a year ago. They said they would replace the roof turbines. I just noticed that they are leaking and turns out they only painted them and didn't replace them. I have left they several v/m's and sent several e-mails and no one answers or reply's. I suspect they are out of business or are not an honorable group. I can't recommend this group.

UPDATE: Its now Dec.2011 and ALLSTAR EXTERIORS in Grayson Ga. continues to refuse to honor their warrenty and guarantee and fix the three leaks in my roof. I paid them over $6,000. and what do I get? A leaky roof! I've filed complaints with the BBB, which they are not accrerdited by and the Sec of State Board of licenses. I guess I'll have to file suit in Magistrates Court to get this issue resolved! What a bunch of CRAP!
