Jason their salesman was very up front and honest about the new roof I was looking for. He took the time to explain everything in detail. I spoke a couple times with John the owner my thoughts of saving money and leaving the 3/8 in. plywood. He explained the warranty difference. 1yr vs 20 yr with new 1/2 inch on workmanship. I might not understand fully today but 10-15 yrs from now I might be calling to thank him.

The crew was unbelievable. Moving things I didn't know needed moving, and returning them. I bought them pizza for lunch. They only took about 20mins and right back to work. It was expected to take 1 1/2 days to complete but they worked their butts off and finished it all including clean up by 7pm. I hired John Asch Contracting to install a new roof in 2014. I highly recommend this roofing company. They are the best. John and his employees were all very professional and provided excellent service. The roof was completed on time and I was provided with an extensive contract which included a 50 year limited warranty on material from the manufacturer and a 10 year guarantee on labor and material from John Asch.

I had absolutely no leaks until tropical storm Ida on September 1,, 2021. This extreme rainstorm flooded our area and left a water stain on my kitchen ceiling. I called Jason Asch (John's son) on September 2nd and left a voice mail message. Jason called me back promptly on the same day. I am sure there were many people calling this company due to water damage from this horrific storm. Jason arranged for 2 employees to come to my home to assess the damage and repair the area of the roof which was inundated with extremely heavy rain. Daniel and another roofer arrived on time, explained the issues related to the storm, texted me photos from my roof and completed the repair.

This work was all covered by my contact and there were no additional expenses incurred by me. I was so appreciative of the prompt and excellent service I have received by every employee of this company.

I am delighted to write this positive review on John Asch roofing Contractors. I had bad luck with my roof, I changed the roof 3 times since i owned this house for the last 30 years. None of them retuned my calls when the roof was leaking. The fourth and final roof is done by John Asch. I am extremely happy with their work. After Completion of the work two sets of cleaning crew came to sweep around the house to clear the debris.

The company sent a separate team to inspect the job, they found a defective Louver vent. Following day, the company send a new louver and replaced the defective Louver vent free of charge. My roof was done by John, and has good follow up service when required

In 2010 we had our old slate roof torn off and replaced with cedar shake. 11 years later the roof is as good as it was the day it was built. The process was one of the easiest construction jobs I have done. It was done on time and clean. Another contractor who did the same job for friend left the whole attic a mess of dirt and debris. Our attic never showed any signs work was done above.

Asch roofing installed my roof 6 years ago, this week I noticed a "bubble". I called them Friday and they came right out and inspected what I was taking about. Thank goodness was it was only a nail, that didn't attach to wood, because I have tongue and groove wood. Simple fix and covered under warranty. Thank you. So honest and trustworthy. I conatced John Asch Contracting initially for a roof repair and his company was the only one that took the time to come to the house to evaluate the problem. The roof was over thirty years oldhaving been replaced when I purchased the home in 1988. John Asch gave me the options of either repairing the leaking area of the roof or replacement; I opted for replacement.

I signed the contract and now have a beautiful new roof with a twenty year guaranty which is transferable if and when I sell the house. John's crew was excellent and had stripped the old roof and and replaced it in one day. There was some trim and work that needed to be done which took a special crew two more days to remediate which was performed at no extra charge. After being discouraged by several astronomical estimates from "big" companies, we were amazed at John's honest pricing and 20 year "no leak" workmanship guarantee. John and his office staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. The day of the job was simply amazing! From tear down of 2-layers, through the install of the new roof and chimney flashing right up to the "cleaner" who came by after all workers left to do a thorough final clean up and check for nail on the entire property I couldn't of been happier. John must of called me four times during the job to personally check in and his son came by several times to check in with me and the foreman. I worked in retail for 10 years and John understands customer service. I recommend his company without hesitation.
