Don, along with his wife Karen, founded Renaissance Roofing, Inc. in 1996 after they realized the need for a high-quality roofing contractor in our area. Don continues to lead and grow Renaissance Roofing, Inc. This drive has made Renaissance Roofing, Inc. what it is today. Don has extensive roofing industry expertise with installing new roof systems, leak investigations, along with proper ventilation and insulation industry requirements.
At Renaissance Roofing, Inc., all of our employees and roofing crews are GAF Master Elite certified and extensively trained in-house. Our employees are our 'own' background screened employees. Renaissance was timely and worked above and beyond to get the job done. They even came back to fix one of my interior lights that stopped working after the roof installation. Very agreeable staff/employees. I've had terrible experiences with contractors coming to my home, but these folks did a great job and treated my home with respect. Would recommend.

While searching for a local roofing contractor on the BBB website, I was pleased to find Renaissance Roofing had an A+ rating and zero complaints. After viewing their website, I decided to request a quote and was contacted the next business day to schedule an appointment for later the same week. Don, the owner, arrived on time and handed me a folder filled with information and samples, then proceeded to do a thorough inspection of my roof.
He then provided a quote for 5 different options and took the time to explain the whole process - step by step and invited me to contact him with any questions. Inside the folder I received were: samples and literature of the different underlayments & shingles, several pages of homes with the year installation was completed and addresses (sorted by city, shingle type & color), warranty details, information on the company, business cards and reviews/testimonials from previous customers. Don was quick to respond to my questions and blew away the competition;, it was clear that Renaissance Roofing was the best choice.
I even received a nice handwritten thank you with a gift card in the mail, which further convinced me that I made the right decision. Less than 2 weeks after signing the proposal, the work crew arrived and the project was completed in 1-1/2 days; it would have been done in a single day had Mother Nature been more cooperative. The foreman and crew arrived by the scheduled time each day and immediately got to work like a well oiled machine.
They protected all windows, plants and wood deck/porches around the house. The job was done efficiently and with no down time or goofing off and the clean up was so thorough you'd never know a construction project had occurred. I'm beyond impressed with the end result and how professional and smooth the entire process was. I HIGHLY recommend Renaissance Roofing - you won't be disappointed!

Renaissance Roofing did an excellent job putting on our new roof. I liked that Don gave me several choices with different price points to choose from. He also gave me a list of homes they did so I could look at the roof colors I was considering. The crew did a great job, everything was clean when they left. It was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend Renaissance Roofing.

I was so pleased they were able to find the leak in my roof (roof not originally done by them) and repair it same day! They do good work & for a good price. Turns out it was the owner who came out & worked on it so not to leave me in a jam! Very honest company and didn't try to sell me on a new roof. Service: Roof repair

Very unprofessional company had my roof replaced on 10/5/21. Sterling the "owner" was my representative to come out and price the roof. The total was over 11k which was agreed upon by everyone involved. So after the job is complete here comes Sterling talking about additional cost. I hung up on him so he could gather his thoughts. So since I was not trying to hear nonsense about him ripping me off he wouldn't even provide me a receipt for the roof.
But me being a business woman I purchased certified checks from my financial institution. I also have the contract because dealing with unprofessional poor companies this is what happens.

We had Advance Roofing and another company do Roof leak repair. Both did not hold up, it started leaking more. Both companies did not explain well and Advance Roofing charged almost $1K and the other company half that. Saw all the good reviews about Renaissance roofing and called them, the lady that scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and told me upfront they charge $95 to inspect the leak and if they repair they will take it off the final bill. Don showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.
He showed me pictures of damage and where the problem was. I know Advance roofing did nothing in the area where the issue was found. The other company did something there but did not do it correctly, they added more caulk causing more leak. Don diagnosed it properly, fixed all the issues and tested it. The other two companies I asked for pictures and they would not share it with me.
Another couple of companies I called tried to rip me off by saying my roof is bad and needs total roof replacement (they send sales people, not repair person) and i asked them how much they charge for new rood and quoted ridiculous amount for roof replacement (I researched online and with neighbors and I know for the size of my home it should not cost more than $7K to $13K), by the way my roof is only 11 years old.
I am extremely happy with the way he repaired it, the explanation and pictures of the repair gives me reassurance. Finally I found an honest business. I highly recommend Renaissance Roofing for all your roofing needs. Out of 5 I want to give them 10 stars. Thank you so much Don. Appreciate it.

Don and his team at Renaissance Roofing Inc are fantastic. From beginning to end a great, professional job. Don did a great job explaining what was needed and what options I had. Once I committed Cassie did a great job of keeping me in the loop for scheduling and planning. The big day everyone showed up a bit early and started on time! The crew did an efficient job from tear off to put on to clean up.
The foreman even called a couple of the crew back because he found a couple of nails. They re-walked the area around the house to make sure nothing was missed. Payment was easy and again Cassie was great! Though this was the first roof I've had put on there's a reason I've been using Renaissance Roofing Inc for almost 20 years. Fixing roof damage from trees and storms and soffit damage from raccoons. Don's been the best throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Renaissance Roofing Inc to anyone needing roof work.
