Mr Roof

James came to my home in response to my inquiry. He was polite, thorough and humble enough to admit an oversight and get it corrected. James was a great first experience. Next, my chimney was repaired by a group of hard working men (I do not know their names) but they did a fantastic job. Finally it was the day. The trio of smiling, good natured and diligent roofers actually arrived early and made easy work of my roof. Finally, Joey, the project manager, was wonderful, too. Joey made sure everything was going smoothly and he returned to inspect the work.

When I found a small spot that was easy to miss and not secure as I felt comfortable with, he personally returned to fix the situation. Joey was so kind, he even helped me with a quick issue that I had with my gutter. Every part of my Mr. Roof experience that was excellent!

Cory Nutgrass was my consultant, he came over to inspected the roof and walked me through the entire process! He showed me the material options, roof colors and warranties. First of all let me state that I had my roof installed on my home in 2015 by Mr. Roof of Louisville, KY. I have not had one problem. On this past Saturday I noticed a brown spot on my ceiling. I panicked! This morning I called the office of Mr. Roof in Louisville, Ky and spoke to a very nice lady. I explained what I was seeing and she immediately set me up with a morning appointment to lady to have the project manager come to my home.

I was not able to be there but Andrew arrived and took the necessary measures to fix the situation. I received a phone call from Andrew while upon the roof explaining in detail what he thought the problem was. Andrew was very kind and patient with me as he answered any questions I had. After our conversation I decided to go forward and have the old attic fan removed and four new turbine vents installed.

Thanks to Andrew and his professional advice I felt comfortable and secured to have the above work completed. I highly recommend Mr. Roof to everyone. If Andrew is the person who oversees your project I feel comfortable stating you are in good hands. Thanks Mr. Roof in Louisville, KY. Karen

We haven't had the work done on our roof by Mr. Roof just yet, but this is a review of our Project Consultant, Evan Miller. Evan has been very professional with us (and is obviously just a nice guy) and laid out a plan for our roof repair that covered everything we needed to know about. We were given several options (in various price ranges) and were able to tweak a bit the option we chose.

He was patient and didn't rush us in addressing all of our concerns. And he followed though well as we needed him. Meeting with him felt relaxing, no pressure. I'd recommend working with him as the Project Consultant for anyone looking to consider Mr. Roof.

This is the second time I have used Mr. Roof. Although, this time was kind of rough at the start, the work was done professionally. My project manager left Mr. Roof and my project needed to be re-reviewed by another project manager. Due to Covid, and I hate that excuse, but know that is one of the issues, the supplies took longer than expected. I spoke with Tammy who went over my project and how the assign projects.

She was very kind, understanding of my frustration on how long it was taking, and knew her job very well. I also spoke with Andy, the new project manager. He also was very kind and understanding of my frustration. Needless to say, the job was completed; and I am very happy with the results.

Josh came to my home to take a look at my roof. He was very honest, knowledgeable, professional and i felt he was fair. If you need a new roof, call these guys and ask for Josh. Outstanding customer service!

I am writing this review 6 months after having our room replaced with Mr. Roof. It's been holding up beautifully. I cannot recommend Josh Hall from Mr. Roof enough -- he is attentive, responsive, genuine, and just a solid guy. He would respond to my many text messages quickly and thoroughly. I would bet that most of his reviews on here mention "goes above and beyond" many times because that's what he does.

The crew that installed to roof were terrific too; everything was neat as a pin when they left. They discovered a vent that wasn't sealed properly on our roof, and took the time to repair it. 10 out of 10

Our Consultant Jason came over and carefully inspected the roof and walked us through the different material options, color choices and warranties available. He helped us obtain financing and schedule installation. Very cordial and professional. Even though it was a pretty large roof Miguel and crew did a great job of getting our new roof and skylight installed in one day. They cleaned up all the debris and nails before leaving, can't ask for more than that! We are happy with our new leak free roof, highly recommend Mr Roof!

Just had my garage and porch roof done The guys did a great job replacing my 50yr old metal roof Cleanup was wonderful and i was really specific on that because i run a daycare and didn't want any loose nails left in the play area by the garage. They had 3 guys take turns going over the area. Always responded to my questions and very helpful on site if i had any questions and even knocked on my door to introduce themselves I was very pleased with this company and highly recommend them

I bought a 16.7 k roof. Just before I had both hips replaced. I Told my sales person and the lead person on the job, I had life time gutter tops on my eves and no one said I had to remove them. The sales person did say. "If they go under the shingles they will have to come off but, they should be ok". The product I had on was leaf filter and was in no way under the shingles and did not need to be removed per leaf filter.

Without confirming the situation, They ripped them off and threw them away. The new manager Zach Comer asked why I waited 9 months to call about this. I explained the double hip replacement and dislocated shoulder and that I was 60 yrs old. I was asked why I didn't get up on roof and inspect it? Further, no one mentioned I would need to get up on a "life time warrenty roof" and inspect it.

With a "life time warrenty roof it doesn't matter as they were responsible for any issues if they happen. The manager, Zac has not returned my call after promising on 5/19 to get back to me on 5/22. My sales person David, said " they will make it right". Hasn't happened yet! At this point, I can't even get a call back. Seek an attorney before you have them do any work! I also had a roofing nails in my tire 2xs and they ruined landscape lights and never told me. They hid them! 1 Star is too high for this place.

We were beyond pleased with Mr Roof. Fast-less than 8 hours from start to finish, left everything clean, friendly and polite service.

Not happy at all with this company. I knew it wasn't off to a good start when the lead roofer hardly spoke much English. They claim your roof will be done in one day. IT WAS NOT. The first day they left scrap, nails and a blade on the ground. Plus nails on the chimney. My dog could've very easily been injured. I did step on a nail. Chicken wing bones were left in the yard.

No respect for the homeowner. The installers didn't clean up after themselves. Disappointed is putting it mildly. Regarding the siding that wasn't done in the timeframe stated either. Plus one trim piece was never replaced to match the siding color as we had requested. I also requested the gutter guards be put in. That took forever for them to get to.

All I received was $100 off due to the roof taking longer than one day. THAT NEVER WOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED HAD I NOT COMPLAINED. I had high hopes for this company and instead of both parties leaving happy I am not. The only thing that stops me from giving them one star is it looks pretty good and I liked the way things were handled with my insurance company.

I hired Mr Roof in August of last year to replace my entire roof before moving into my new home. My sales person Zach was excellent. When I saw the quality of their "replacement" I was very disappointed. I was assured that quality inspector would come out and make the repairs needed. This did not happen for over 2 months. When he finally came he. informed me that there was a section of the roof that they didn't do.

This was news to me as that was the very specific section that made me want the roof replaced to begin with. After he argued with me that I never was supposed to have it done he finally tells me it's too cold to do anything now anyway and that they would have to wait until spring.

They were quick to answer any questions I had about the job. Showed me many samples to choose from. The work was done in one day, That was really a plus! And it was done very professionally. Marty was great to work with.

I very much enjoyed working with Chuck Belshaw. He was on top of things during the whole process, always there to answer my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. The work was very efficiently done and the crew left the place pristine. I highly recommend Mr Roof!

Our roof was completed in one day in the middle of January! They cleaned up well and protected our windows, deck etc. It snowed the day after, so an additional check for nails was not possible. However, our salesman said he will come back once the snow melts to double check. We also appreciate the 10 year warranty and that it is transferrable!

The company came out agreeing to replace the roof and put the satellite dishes back on when they were done. Instead they threw them away. The deck furniture was never put back. They left garbage all over the. yard including food wrappers, paper plates, soda bottles, broken concrete blocks, wood and cigarette butts. There were 20 + nails on the concrete where we park our cars and all over the sidewalk.

Not magnet appears to have been done. The rep I talked to had no apologies and just made excuses. Not one "I'm sorry". I called the office to speak to a manager and received no call back. I had to take 3+ hours off work to have the satellite company come out. Luckily they did not charge me but I'm out my vacation time due to Mr. Roof not following what they said. It was the worst experience I've had. Especially after the rep talked the company up so much. Avoid.

We had several shingles blow off on March 9 with winds over 70 mph. Our old ones were only rated for 60 mph, so we couldn't replace them under warranty. I see commercials for Mr. Roof all the time so I called for a free estimate. The rep that came out cut pieces of plastic and nailed them over our missing shingles. We rested easier knowing the exposed spots on our roof were covered temporarily.

After the rep explained their lifetime warranty we decided to buy Thunderguard shingles with Thundervent waterproof attic vents. That windstorm damaged a lot of other roofs, so we had to wait a few weeks for installation. We were amazed at how quickly our new Thunderguard shingles were installed. The 7 roofers showed up at 3 pm. They made quick work of tearing off our old shingles and removing our aluminum roof vents.

By 7 pm they were finished with the new shingles and polypropylene roof vents. They did a good job cleaning up even trash that blew into our neighbors yard. One of the roofers told me they have never had to repair a Thunderguard roof. You can go cheap and worry about hi winds tearing off shingles. Or pay more for quality shingles rated at 110 mph + winds and are hail resistant. AAA home insurance gave us a discount since these shingles are class 4 hail resistant.

My sister got a roof after a storm hit our area. She has 2 dormers that always leaked, even when she put in a roof before. However, Mr. Roof put on a roof for her, and those dormers have NOT leaked since. (I know because she always called me to try to plug those holes, and I live on the other side of the state.) When the job was complete, they had this cool tool that they rolled around her yard that picked up all of the roofing nails. She has an older dog that still likes to play in the yard. So I know that she really appreciated the extra effort they put toward the cleanup when they were done.
