Diversified Roofing

I was very pleased. They did an inspection on my roof, and answered all my questions. I will be contacting them when the time comes to have my roof replaced. I would recommend them for anyone I know that has roof problems.

Stan came out promptly to check for my leak. Nothing was obvious so he caulked and renailed some possible problems. He said that it should take care of the problem and if it doesn't he would come back for a further inspection. When I asked what I owed he wouldn't take any money. Great service and and generous act. This type of service is hard to find today.

We had our whole roof stripped and replaced and a skylight replaced. The whole process was super easy, communication was simple and fast, and the roofers were all very nice and knowledgeable. I recently had a carpenter out at my house who noticed a small piece of flashing was missed (it was in a hard to see spot), so I sent an email and Stan was out the next day taking care of it.

I have had several roofs done by Stan and Diversified. They are total straight shooters with estimates, pricing, and workmanship. The crew is cheerful and efficient. During a job they did this week a worker took it upon himself to cover some early blooming daffodils with an empty flowerpot during the roof tear off. Attention to details and taking pride in their craft make Diversified a pleasure to work with.

I have used Diversified Roofing in the past and they still give you top notch service. They replaced my roof in one day.left the place looking like they had never been there. I could not be more pleased with the results of the replacement of the flat roof covering our screen porch. Stan, the owner is prompt and very professional. His cheerful and experienced team came out sooner than expected and finished the job quickly despite weather delays. There was considerable rotted wood underneath the old roof covering and his crew replaced it at no additional cost despite its not being part of his original estimate.

He replaced two leaking skylights and designed them so that further leaks are highly unlikely. In addition, his price was reasonable and the job looks fantastic! Can't say enough for this company!

Stanley, the owner, evaluated the condition of the roof on our house. Stanley seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. He told me that the roof didn't need to be replaced yet. I appreciated that Stanley was honest about the timing of replacement, and he didn't push for immediate re-roofing. Also, free of charge, Stanley repaired some decayed weather-proofing around a vent, which will help extend the life of the roof.

Stan and his company installed my roof a few years back. A recent inspection of my home divulged some minor concerns found on the roof. I called and talked to Stan the day of the inspection and he came out the next day, inspected the roof himself and took care of the problem without any question.
