Very happy with new roof done for home recently with Roof One LLC. Thanks to Jason Connor, who visited my home for investigate, identify problems and estimate the roofing cost. Definitely recommend Roof One for getting a 50Yrs non-pro-rated warranted roof for your home, which bring no worries in any weather conditions. Installation crew is very professional and did a great job. Taken care to clean the nails around the home (Walked twice with big magnet) while installation process. Thank you very much. We needed to replace the shingles on our single family home, two story, in the wintertime. RoofOne visited, gave an estimate, we placed our order and material was purchased, and as soon as the weather cleared enough to start, they were here. Material was delivered the first day and then a large crew showed up the next day and worked non-stop until the whole roof was complete, except for chimney flashing, done the next day. It is too early to know how well the roof holds up in heavy rain, but we were pleased with the services provided.

I had my roof replaced a few months back by Roof one and yes, I do regret it. Mark, the salesman was courteous and answered all my questions and I thought I picked a good company. Well the problems started the day they were supposed to drop off all the materials on a Monday and begin work on Tuesday. At 6:00 a.m. yes a.m. their crew showed up on Monday and started their pounding and tearing off the old roof scaring my sleeping family.

Unfortunately I was at work and could not stop them. When I got home I talked to the crew leader and asked what was going on he just said they start their day early. I told him it was not acceptable to be be starting that early, waking my family and that there are noise ordinances for this reason. I called my sales guy to let him know and to make sure it does not happen again.

He apologized and just stated that this crew was a new one and they were still seeing if they were going to work out. Next day, 6am pounding started again. Called the office, no one got back to me till later that day when they had finished. Their clean up was a joke and they never even said they were don, they just took off. I looked over the roof and found some problems. Called the office and was told someone would get in contact with me.

No one ever did so I had to call again. Finally made an appointment for someone to inspect the problems but no one showed up. After someone did finally come out, I had to wait a while for find out what was going to be done. Another appt was made in which I was led to believe where the repairs were to be done, but no, this was to go over all the problems again! It was a waste of my time, again. Finally got repairs done and NO, I would not recommend this company

Roof ONE is simply the right company to get the job done. There seems to be endless concerns nowadays with hiring contractors. Scott addressed all of my concerns and came up with a simple yet comprehensive plan for installing a new roof with a competitive quote. Roof ONE was able to fit us in relatively quickly during a very busy season. A project that was supposed to take two or even three days took Roof ONE just one full day, and the work done was simply top notch. I am very impressed with Scott and Roof ONE and would highly suggest anyone looking for roof work start with them in the future.

The team at ROOF ONE did an awesome job with my Full roof replacement! Due to the pandemic we did have to wait awhile for installation. However, in my opinion, the wait was worth it! With these days and times it is hard to come by companies of honesty and integrity. ROOF ONE provided my husband and I with both. There was one area of concern that once it was brought to their attention it was quickly corrected. The crew did a great job cleaning up. Great value and great service. We are highly satisfied and would not hesitate to utilize ROOF ONE again.

Highly recommend Roof One. Scott was very accommodating, punctual and professional. Hired them to do our roof and was very pleased and referred them to my parents who also chose them. There was a mix up on the shingle color for my parents house but it was corrected immediately that day, shingles reordered and the crew was back out the next day. Mistakes happen but Roof One did everything right to correct it without any inconvenience. Great company who takes pride in their work and aims to please the customer!
