Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Builder used this company and they are horrible at getting back to you and even worse workmanship as 4 other houses have had to had parts of their roof replaced as well. Do business elsewhere.

After 10 years my roof started to leak due to improperly installed flashing. MGA determined without looking it was due to my solar panels and pretty much wrote it off as not their problem. Cost me $1300 to repair. NEVER even came out to look at my roof. NO solar panels do NOT void warranties and they were inspected by city and DTE and my solar panels are water tight to this day.

The flashing is about 6 feet away from my panels. According to the customer service manager anything on a roof or any work up there voids a warranty, so satellite dishes, you having to do a chimney repair or god forbid an animal gets up there, walking on it is excessive wear and voids the warranty so it's not covered. Avoid this company. 10 years later and I'm still picking up roofing nails in my garden and out money for a lousy install.

MGA installed the roof on our new construction home in Feb 2013. We are now on our 8th roof repair. Shingles have blown off in large sections every single year since the install. Two different repair companies have told me the shingles were attached incorrectly. In addition, we have leaks damaging the ceiling and black mold from attic pipes that were installed incorrectly. Numerous neighbors in our subdivision (Oakland Hunt, Oakland Twp) who built with DM Homes using MGA Roof have had the same problems.

0/10 service. Only a few can speak English and it's still broken English. They hire only Spanish men and they do not pay them as well as others.

They did an excellent job on my roof! The crew as very professional and courteous. They kept my yard very clean and it looked as if no work was being done at all. My house looks beautiful. Thanks MGA!
