Colony roofing truck license plate PEP-3692 turned without a turn signal today into the far lane and cut me off in traffic today on Bagely. I hope they're better roofers than they are drivers.

Dan Baehr & Heidi Lennox I have read all the reviews regarding Colony Roofing and I do not agree with any of the negative postings. This company has a long history of repairs made to our home and we have NEVER had an issue. For this reason, we called them to quote on a whole house vinyl siding project. A Colony representative set up an appointment with Paul, our sales professional.

He came over in a timely manner. You could not ask for a more knowledgeable, personable, and courteous individual. Our proposal was provided explaining in detail the project, pricing, and contract terms. Upon our approval, the materials required were delivered as scheduled, neatly stacked in our garage and undamaged. About two weeks later the project started and Paul introduced us to the service technicians.

Without a doubt the dynamic duo of Ray and Ray were a pleasure as well as very entertaining. No doubt each were professional in their field. The project was completed within the estimated time schedule, beautifully and professionally completed. Our house looks fantastic! All my interactions with the Colony staff were pleasant and they were always responsive. Dave and his crew showed up on time, worked hard for 2 days tearing off and then replacing our shingled roof as promised. The new roof looks great and doesn't leak, so I'm happy! I just wish I would have chosen a fence contractor as good as these guys. Thank you!

Always great service, they did a roof repair at my house, when we needed a roofing repair for the Apartment complex I work for, I called them. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Told us it would be done in a day 2 weeks later they still aren't done. Poor communication on their end came and went as they wished never gave a heads up on when they were going to work. Went into garage and unplugged the refrigerator w/o asking. Many other problems would never use these guys for anything. Stay away

We selected Colony because they were in our neighborhood and a company that's been around for 50+ years. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and their materials are locally sourced from Medina. Every part of the experience was fantastic. Paul came out on a day that was convenient for us to do the estimate. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Paul was even gracious enough to take time out of his busy day to clarify additional details as we had an insurance claims adjuster visit the house on a separate day.

The best part of the process was it was super affordable and they did an exceptional job in all areas. It was as good of a job or better than other places that will charge you twice as much. If you're getting estimates for a roof, make sure Colony is included and you'll see why they've been in business over 50 years.

Tim from Colony Roofing came out on 11/9 and repaired a hard-to-find leak in my roof. He was courteous, clean, and reasonably priced. When it comes time to replace my roof I will definitely call Colony Roofing.

I received a quote and when they got into the roof, it did not need some of the items included in the quote. I received their invoice and it just said "as stated on the quote". After sending photos of the work that was not done they credited about $300. Also, while I was painting the house, they used a leaf blower to clean the roof and blow the dirt on my freshly painted siding.

Love these guys.came out rite away for estimate.roofers came out next day for measuring and supplies for fixing and 2 days latet came back and did repairs.everything looks beautiful! Very pleased with them.and will call them again for any repairs. Thank you Colony Roofing.you guys are the best!

I had colony install new windows in my home. I received a quick estimate and a great price. Installation went smoothly and everyone was very professional. Be sure to ask for an estimate from Paul!

I didn't have my roof done by this company but the house next to me did. They were the most rude individuals I've ever met. They started by placing tarps on MY roof without asking it it was okay with me. Then the manager of the group parked his truck right in front of our driveway. We nicely asked him to move ( as we had people coming and going from our house, not like I need to explain it's illegal anyways.) And he started yelling and swearing at us.

Mind you my three year old was right on the porch with my husband so he was hearing all this. I called the company and they were very nice and offered to do an inspection of our roof. I would never want this company doing any work for me. So not acceptable.

Just had a terrible experience. Called and provided a very detailed explanation of an issue with my gutters and asked for a QUOTE to do a specific task. 2 weeks later I get a BILL for $175 for unnecessary work I did not authorize. I am stunned. Waiting to see how they resolve it.

Had house roof installed, would not recommend this mickey mouse company, the workers "miscounted" the plywood boards and tried billing me for more. Luckily I precounted the boards prior to starting then when finished. They also did this with my neighbor. Needless to say we did not pay their fake upcharge. Chris called threatening to sue. Do yourself a favor and deal with a more reputable company. Also worker made hole about 3 feet in ceiling, had to call chris for over a month to fix, with held payment till job was completely done.

After scheduling an appointment to get a roof leak repair estimate one day ahead of time, I was waiting the next day during the scheduled time between 2PM and 3PM. I was told by the front desk person that Chris will stop by during that time to check the roof and provide an estimate. Nobody stopped by during the scheduled time and then Chris called me after 3:00PM just to tell me that he did want to drive that far and can provide an estimate over the phone without even looking at the roof. Needless to say that I was not comfortable with the estimate provided by phone and without checking the roof.
