Our roof was a total loss due to hail damage in March 2016. We contracted with Paragon to do the repairs. Their crew completed the job and cleaned up the site in a little less than a day. I was well pleased with the job. Last month we developed a leak around our fireplace and we called Jordan Collins who handled the original job. We were totally out of warranty so I expected to pay for the repair. The damage was storm related but Jordan sent a repairman over to fix the problem. He made the repair and refused to accept any payment. Paragon is a first class company!

Company installed a roof on the house we bought because of hail damage. When the roof was sold to the previous owner, they sold a roof replacement that wasn't appropriate for the house. When asked why, it was simply about cutting cost. When the roof began to leak in February, they were quick to look at the property but stated the leak wasn't covered due to the roof they sold.
They ended up billing for service that should've be covered under the roof replacement. We will never use them again. Quick to blame others for the lack of their work. STAY AWAY from them. You're screwed if you have problems

While shopping for a new insurance provider, Centennial Roofing was recommended to look at our current roof as it appeared to have weather related damage. Alan Martinez came out, inspected it and suggested we file a claim with our current insurance provider. Centennial worked with us and our insurance provider to get a resolution, even directing us to additional avenues available to resolve the impasse that existed.
Once resolved, Centennial Roofing was very responsive and professional in keeping us updated in the process of getting our roof replaced along with other items that were damaged and in need of repair/replacement. The work done was exceptional, quick, thorough and met all our expectations. I would definitely recommend Centennial Roofing for your roofing needs.

Centennial installed our roof 11 years ago. When we sold our house, we learned that we had some areas of our roof in need of repair. We called Centennial because we have a 15 year warranty on the work. Joshua Olson came out to look at our roof and explained very clearly all of the issues we were having with the roof. And some of the needed work was indeed under warranty.
The other items of repair were minor so we were able to repair our roof 100% with much of the expense being covered by the warranty. We were extremely pleased with the result and feel like Joshua Olson and Centennial operates with a high degree of integrity. I will definitely call them the next time I need roof repair or replacement.

Centennial Roofing installed a metal roof on our house. They were very professional during the whole process. Brant Frazier, their salesman completely handled the negotiation between us and our insurance company. He was diligent in assuring that we were getting paid for all of the damage to our house. Tamara Nelson in their office was very helpful and courteous. We now have a beautiful metal roof and couldn't be happier thanks to Centennial Roofing!

Centennial Roofing was recommended by my father. They worked with us to handle insurance claims, how to process and were good to explain everything. They came out quickly and got the work done. They accidentally hit a line to our AC but they worked tirelessly to correct it and fix it properly. Accidents happen but real professionalism and quality is shown in how a company handles it. I have been very pleased and the roof looks great. Recommend them

Centennial Roofing replaced my hail damaged roof with a beautiful new roof. Joshua was knowledgeable, easy to work with and very professional. The new roof improved my home curb appeal and I have a 10 years warranty. Joshua also communicated with my insurance company and handle everything. The entire roof replacement and cleanup was completed in one day. Great Company!

Centennial came out to inspect our roof for a leak we were having. I really appreciated that they did not try to sell me on an entire new roof and that their tech was very honest and answered all of my questions. We had two other roofers out over the last few years and no one has been able to repair the leak. With the very heavy rains that came in over the weekend, I'm proud to say that Centennial's job held up and we did not leak!
They were a little move expensive than the other roofing companies we used previously, but those leaks weren't fixed by the cheaper companies. We definitely got what we paid for with Centennial and I will continue to use them for any other issues that come up.
