Wanted to give feedback testifying to the reliability and honesty of Lucas. The team did a fine job with installation and I am grateful that upon having some concerns about shingles laying down, Lucas was out there immediately to address the problem(within a day months after the job!). Nice to have a team truly willing to stand behind their work! Highly recommend Lucas and his team!

Simply put, Lucas Roofing is the best contractor, of any type, that I have ever worked with. Mark did a great job of estimating the cost to replace our roof and gutters and showed up during the job to make sure that all went well. The quote was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. The crew cleaned up every single scrap and hauled everything away. I am thoroughly impressed by Lucas Roofing.

Lucas Roofing had prepared me for a wait time due to a material shortage and scheduling. They said they would do the best they could. I got a call 2 weeks ahead of time and was told they could start the installation of my gutters. My roof is not a standard pitch roof but they were able to install custom wedges to make sure the angle of the gutter was just right. Gary and his crew were polite, professional and very responsive to any questions or changes. Over great experience, would highly recommend.

Lucas Roofing just replaced my roof. I love it. The owner of the company keep my wife and I informed from the start of the job all the way to the end. His team was courteous and professional. They even meticulously ensured all the old shingles, roofing debris, and roofing nails were cleaned up. They did a great job. Great quality work. Great quality shingles.

Lucas Roofing installed whole new roof on my 1903 house. Shingled roof and flat roof. WONDERFUL JOB! I am so satisfied w/ the end result of both roof types. Mark is fantastic! We contacted Lucas Roofing for a quote and not only received the quote in less than 24hrs it was one heck of a deal. The work began within three days of contact signing and the crew he sent was top notch! They were respectful of our property as they worked steadily in inclement weather getting the work completed quickly. Mark stayed in constant contact with us and there were no 'hidden' fees at the settle period. Definitely the best home repair experience I've had in over 30 years of home ownership!

Never returned my numerous phone calls. How do they stay in business?

I chose to use Lucas Roofing for the first time. I found them very professional and friendly. I am very pleased with their work. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. When they finished, the left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good roofing company.

I regret using this company. A year and a half later our metal roof is still leaking. I have had other contractors and roofers look at the problem and turns out the roof was not done right. It took days to weeks to get Lucas to respond to our leaks and mostly used caulk to try to fix the problem. We have repairs to ceilings inside the house that need to be done from all the leaking. They promised to fix it, but have never returned. Highly do not recommend using this company.

If you are looking for quality work and a reasonable price on gutters look somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and don't use Lucas roofing. I had Lucas roofing install gutters on my home and was shocked at the sloppy work. It was only because I refused to pay the balance of my bill that they came and made the proper repairs. The gutter screens are very poor quality and problematic to remove and replace for cleaning.

They also don't work very well because they constantly pop off. Four of the seamless gutters had to be removed and reset in order to work properly. Initially they only used one strap per downspout which is inadequate as they were loose and sloppy. The workers also used my ladder and left it on the roof for me to remove. Look somewhere else or you can look forward to aggravation and disappointment.
