I can't say enough good things about Gainesville Roofing! They went above and beyond for us, worked with our tight schedule and were really great to deal with. This is not a bogus review. Gainesville Roofing replaced the roof on the building in the Gables. The roof has been on less than a week. The first rain we received it leaked. Contacted Gainesville Roofing. They sent one guy out, he was here for an hour and left. During the early hours of the next day it rained again. The leaks are worse than before, I have at least 7 active leaks. Gainesville Roofing response is they will have a crew out on Monday.
Total disregard for the faulty workmanship, the damage to my home etc. Charlie Kennedy has done nothing but blow me off and could care less what was occurring to my home. They did come out after I fought with them as they wanted to put it off for a week. After they so called fixed the roof, it still leaked and they were called out at least three more times by the condo association. Prior to the new roof being installed I had no leaks, since that time my ceiling leaked repeated, and half of my home has to be repainted.

Charlie Kennedy the owner solved the roof problem to my satisfaction the employee no longer works for Gainesville Roofing Co Inc Charlie and his son are honest and intelligent people they know the roofing business if i ever need repair or new roof i will call them thank you Charlie for all your help

This company really practices great customer service. We bought a home recently, where they had done a complete re-roof in 2017 for the previous owner. After finding it leaking, called & explained. Charlie said he would stand behind his company's work. He sent Clay to our home. Fantastic, conscientious, polite, & knowledgeable. He completed the job efficiently, with a few unexpected problems.
Several hours later it began to pour rain. Perfect job, no more leaks! Will recommend them to everyone & look forward to having them back to do the barn roof in the near future. Thank you Charlie and Clay!

We recently had our home reroofed by Charlie Kennedy and Gainesville Roofing. Excellent choice. Charlie was very professional and explained all our options. Within a couple of days of signing the contract, Charlie had the permit pulled and his guys were on the job. a great bunch of guys. Very polite. this was a large job and took about a week. they were always concerned about any inconvenience they might cause and always cleaned up thoroughly daily. a couple of days after completion, Charlie Jr came back to go around the whole house with a magnet to make sure no loose nails were left behind. if there was a 6 star rating i'd give it to them.
