Ryman Roofing

We needed to replace our roof, so we had three companies give us estimates. Ed Came out from Ryman and was very professional and had already researched our roof via satellite. He still walked all around the house before coming back in to go over the details of how they would strip everything down to the wood and then prepare it again for new shingles.

Our house is about 3,000 square feet. Their crew of six plus men worked from sun up until sundown for two days and did a wonderful job. They were mindful of our landscaping and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We would definitely recommend Ryman to anyone in need of roofing services.

Ryman repaired wood and other areas and then installed metal roof. I called 4 roofing companies and Ryman was the only one that called me back. From the first phone call, the entire process was smooth and seamless. Angela is amazing. She is very professional, yet personable. She contacted me on a regular basis to give updates. Ed came out a few days later and inspected and thoroughly explained everything since I only Bought the house 2 years ago and the roof was over 30 years old, I was excited and extremely happy that the roof would be torn down to wood.

He also came by at the end after roof was complete to make sure I was completely satisfied. When the tear off crew showed up, everything ( dump trailer) was on site and ready for them to begin. They worked fast, but hard and tiressly. My neighbors and I watched and highly impressed by the talent, teamwork, and fun personalities of this crew. Every repair or unexpected area of damage, I was shown.

Then I was given options. Two days later the metal crew was at my home early and the best. They did not quit until they were finished. Everything was cut, trimmed, and fit for perfection.i have been around roofers much of my Life and this far exceeded my expectations. Aaron periodically came by to see if the crews needed anything and my Satisfaction. Also, my neighbors and I asked many questions to learn more of all and answers were always kindly given.

My husband passed last year and he was going to replace the roof ( he used to be a roofer) so the whole process was emotional Every measurement, every chalk line, tear off, and much more was exactly how he would have done it. I was never taken advantage or treated like I was any different because I was a woman.

I contacted Ryman Roofing as I had a metal roof that was leaking. They sent out someone to do the estimate. He was very professional and kind. He recommended panels be put over the metal roof. These panels were white and the roof look so beautiful when it was completed. The roofers were very respectful and answered all my questions. There was an issue with the porch roof so they called their supervisor to get instructions on how to fix it instead of doing it themselves with the possibility of fixing the issue incorrectly.

I also decided at the last minute to do the shed. They came out right away to price it and waived the cost of installation only charging for the material which was a very fair price. I would recommend Ryman Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof put on their home.

I contracted through Lowe's to have my gutters, fascia and soffitts replaced. Lowe's uses Ryman Roofing as their installer for these services. I contacted Lowe's in June and had an estimator come out on 6/18/20 for an estimate and was told that they needed input from the installer prior to providing me with an estimate due to the fascia damage. After several calls and conversations with Lowe's that they were actively trying to reach Ryman, I finally got a call from Pete with Ryman and he came out on 7/22/20 to look at my house so they could get back to Lowe's with what would needed to be replaced.

Due to my HOA, I had a deadline of 8/31/20 to complete the work and was repeatedly advised that it would all get completed. The roofing guys came out 8/5/20 to replace the fascia and advised that the gutter guys would be out after they were completed. Lowe's and Ryman were aware of my deadline of 8/31/20 and I was assured by Pete with Ryman that the work would be completed by 8/31/20.

I received a call from scheduling with Ryman on 8/17/20 and was advised the earliest they could get me scheduled was 9/8/20 for the gutter/soffitt replacement as their gutter guys were out of town. I advised at that time that I needed the work done by 8/31/20 and was basically brushed off as if she didn't care. I explained that I was told they would get me in due to the delay's initially and she put everything back on Lowe's saying they didn't notify them until 7/27/20 of the work to be done on my house. Finally, 9/8/20 rolls around and only one person showed up around 2pm to complete the gutter/soffitt work on the house.

They completed the work but did not replace one of the downspouts in the rear of the house. They also did a poor job of cleaning up after as we're finding screws everywhere. When Lowe's called regarding completion of my service, I advised them that a downspout in the rear of the house was not replaced. I then got a call today, 9/11/20, that the remaining downspout had been replaced.

I was never notified anyone would be out and no one knocked on the door to get into the back yard since there is a locked gate. Someone came out alright, but they installed an extra downspout on the front of the house where there is not supposed to be one and didn't bother confirming which downspout was missing. Due to my HOA approval, I now have to have this downspout removed and the gutter replaced because of the hole the downspout has created and I'm already well past my deadline.

Oh and to make it worse, I scheduled the exterior house painting for after the gutter installation since the gutters, fascia and soffitts need to be painted as well and now the house is being painted in a week and a half and unless Ryman fixes this prior to then, it will cause more issues with my HOA and the painting of the house. This has been a nightmare experience and I would absolutely never recommend Ryman or Lowe's if they continue to sub-contract to Ryman for any work done.

Excellent company and professional staff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking to get their roof done. Ryman was extremely professional and knowledgeable of their services, No pressure from any of the sales team or employees. I appreciate the fact that they are well known in the community and that they are such a family oriented business. Very happy with our new roof!

Excellent service! Ryman came out and did a repair on my leaking roof. they were very professional, prompt, polite and efficient. Took pictures to show me the damage from a fallen tree limb, and quickly repaired the area as good as new. I would highly recommend them!

Those folks at Ryman Roofing don't know what they did for my mom. They blessed her with a roof for Christmas we know, but the relief of the stress from worrying about. How we would ever be able to fix that old one was gone. She was able to spend happy times with dad before he passed with that weight of worry being gone. Get a contract and then no customer contact. Got my metal roof done. The roofers did a great job. Paid the company in full. The company promised to finish one rivet that is quite obviously missing. I was told it would be fixed on Monday, hello it is Thursday night. Friday morning. The last rivet went in. Done with Ryman Roofing. Your roofer guys are great.

Requested estimate online, no one ever contacted me. I reached out via telephone, appointment was made. Long story short, never showed or called regarding appointment after I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. Not a company I am willing to do business with.

We just had Ryman come out & do our gutters & WOW they look GREAT! They gave us a courtesy call to let us know when they would be out to do them & pretty much an exact time, not a 6hr window of when they might be there! They even let us know what stop we were during the day & a brief description of what the installers had to do before making it to us And Believe it or not they showed up on time & almost to the exact minute they said they would (that's awesome)!

The 2 gentlemen that did the install were very professional, very courteous & very tidy. They got the install done around the whole house in under a few hours & we cant be happier! They came & got us when they were done & did a walk around the whole house to make sure we were completely satisfied too. They look great, now we're just waiting for it to rain .

If you're thinking about getting gutters do it sooner than later & use Ryman. The small investment in gutters is cheaper than the problems not having them can cause. Thanks guys The Smith's

Long story short, I'll update to higher rating depending on fixed issue. There was poor communication between original salesman who isn't with company anymore, to our current guy, Rob. We hired this company to fix a simple roof leak that's on our addition to the house, and the original salesman Josh said that it would be easier to replace the entire roof to ensure that the leaks would stop to the addition.

The house roof has been replaced, but the leak is still going on with the addition. Not only is the leak still active, but they tried charging an extra $600 for materials for them to still try to fix the leak, when we were insured by the owner that we would not be charged. They've been out to our house multiple times, and somehow this leak is still in the same spot. So far this has been a nightmare, and we have been reasonable and understandable about the issues.

Ryman Roofing company has been in operation for over 40 years and it shows! They have displayed tremendous customer service to me and to my friends I have recommended to them. All the team members and other people I had spoken to regarding a project were addressed very promptly. Crews did excellent work and I had absolutely no issues with the work. Not to mention I highly support family owned businesses!

Do Not Use This Company! My mom used them for a partial roof repair and they had to come out 7 different times to correct it and still never got it right. The roof leaks next to the area repaired but they say it is a new spot and not related, yet it never leaked until they came. My mom is an elderly widow and I feel has been taken advantage of. The owner says they fired the main guy for poor work and have had to do many of his jobs over but this is unacceptable and they refuse to make it right. Stay away unless you have money and time to throw away.

Total professionals.they gave a great quote, let me know that I qualified for special financing though the PACE program. They showed up when they said they would. The workers were professional, polite and took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. My new roof and gutters look fabulous and I couldn't be more pleased!

I would highly recommend this company for roofing services. My roof was in need of being re-done & Ryman Roofing sent someone out to give an estimate. Everything was explained in great detail & their price was reasonable.roofs are indeed a long-term investment. On the day the roof was to be installed, they laid out a tarp on the back patio - to prevent debris from getting into the pool. I was very pleased with the end result & the clean-up afterwards:. Shingle roof installed in 2 days! Very professional & reliable company.

Ryman Roofing completed a re-roof on my home in February, 2015. Their salesman, Aaron, was professional and took the time to go over his quote with me on site. He was thorough on explaining areas that needed repairs (I had a leak) and quoted me for a repair and a new roof. I chose to go with the new roof because I wanted the comfort of having a warranty. Their crews were fast and cleaned up the property well. My roof looks great, my house is dry and I know I won't have to worry about future leaks.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Christian, Chad, Aaron and all the guys at Ryman. Would recommend them for any project large or small!

The estimator arrived at appointment as schedules and surveyed the roof for issues. The estimate was reasonable. The work crew arrived and did an excellent job and went over and above what was in the estimate. My experience with Ryman Roofing was superior. Highly recommended.
