Horrible business, very unprofessional. My landlord hired them to fix the roof in my rental until. 1) No one from the roofing company contacted me at all to inform me or my wife that they would be showing up. My neighbor called me to let me know there were people standing on my porch. 2) When I arrived home on Monday from work, there was a large tarp full of trash in the front yard, and a large dumpster in the driveway.
While I understand that a dumpster is needed as this project will produce a lot of trash, I was confused as to why all of the trash was sitting on the tarp in my yard and the dumpster was empty. 3) There were several pieces of debris, including screws ands nails laying in the driveway and the yard. 4) When my neighbor arrived home on Tuesday, she found trash in her yard, including several empty cans of Redbull in her bushes, and the trash tarp had been moved so that it was blocking her driveway.
She called the roofing company to complain. The women she spoke with mentioned that the crew was supposed to be working until 6 or 6:30, but it was 4:30 and they were already gone. 5) My neighbor contacted me again today because a crane operator knocked on her door to ask if my car could be moved, as it was parked on the curb in front of the house.
She informed him that I work an hour away and had the keys with me. She mentioned that had I been informed about this, I would have moved the car. The crane operator seemed surprised that the roofing company had not reached out to me.

Horrible business! Very unprofessional! Gave me an estimate to complete a job then a date that job would completed by. Date passed by no phone calls and would not return phone calls to eventually drive over an hour to the office and be told it would be better to find someone else to complete the job. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
