These guys are GREAT.! Sean and his team showed up promptly and got to work. They manufactured a 77 foot, seamless gutter. His crew went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They also made 9 sections with downspouts for our needs. Give them a call. you'll be happy!

It wasn't a business interaction with this company and myself but more of a concern for what I witness yesterday from the employee's lack of professionalism and reckless driving. Yesterday as I was riding the 405 freeway I witnessed the driver of this company driving recklessly and also what it seem to be having a altercation with another driver in a black suv.

As I'm riding a lot bit behind them and passed them because they both were in the two slowest lanes and I was in the middle to furthest lane, I noticed the driver of the company arguing with a military service member for simply driving in my opinion at appropriate speed in the slow lane and the driver of these company didn't like it. Also, may mentioned that before all this happened, I did notice the company car coming from a junction off the 110 to the 405 and the driver of this company seem almost impatient.

I witness the company driver driving at least back and forth between two lanes, 3 to 4 times before arguing with the service member in the black suv. I was going to tell the service member that I had recorded everything from my GoPro but they both got off the freeway and I hope the service member gets that driver fired. No need for drivers like that, period.

I was able to get info of the company car from my go pro as I was riding and research the company and that's what led me to your Yelp page so you can be aware of your employees action.

If there were 10 stars, I'd give them ten. We have renovated 10 houses over 20 years, have employed dozens of contractors, and we have never experienced this level of service-attention, top-quality workmanship, follow-up and pleasant demeanor such as we found with Integ. We were simply blown away by the quality and efficiency. We had them put in new rain gutters, and when we need a new roof, this is the place, no competitive bids necessary. They aren't cheap, but they aren't expensive either, and you won't find a more careful, hassle-free, superior finished-product. Call them.

Sean performed the roofing portion of our home addition. He was able to find the materials to match our existing roof, and blended the two perfectly. My concerns were for the crew not to damage the landscaping and wanting thorough cleanup when the job was finished. The crew performed well in all areas. The work was performed quickly and the price was commensurate for the high quality work provided. I can attest to the high quality work this company provides. Thanks Sean!

I called to have them come out for an estimate on installing gutters around our home as well as looking at a few areas of flashing that a home inspector had told us would need to be watched over time. I spoke to Sean, who said that it was common to have areas like this on the roof and that it sounds like we just need a roof tune up- this was why I gave him 2 stars.

I felt this was pretty honest and straightforward. He told me that he would be at our home the following morning between 8:30-9am to take a look at the roof and that I would be his first stop because his office is in Long Beach, like our home. Keep in mind, this is after 3-4 days straight of rain, and it was supposed to rain for 2 more days. On the phone, Sean never mentioned anything about the rain.

The appointment time comes, and goes, and still no Sean. I give him a call at 9:45am. no answer. I'm still sitting around waiting for him, so I text him to see if he's coming or not. I've attached our exchange. If the rain halts all work, don't you have some free time to at the very least just let me know that you aren't coming so I don't sit around wasting my time?

Very very basic communication is lacking here. So simple. Needless to say, we'll be looking for a different company to complete this work and our future roof replacement. Time is money and they've shown that they don't deserve ours.

Intel roofing just completed the job of tear-off & laying down new shingles that have a reflective quality to it. I'm looking forward to having my home 10-20% cooler this summer. The guys on the job were efficient & allowed me to climb up on the roof to check on their progress. Great clean up, guys!

Excellent company, they did our roof and gutters. Professional from beginning to end, and the price was good. Don't use the bad reviews as a guide. I asked Sean about it and he said that he is not in the habit of asking people to give Yelp reviews. So there's just these few negatives which is to be expected with any business. I suggested he ask some customers to review his company. Hope he takes my advice because we are really pleased with the work and will recommend him to anyone.

I used the messaging on their Web site with no one getting back to me. I called 7-8 days later and spoke with the office manager. Was told owner Shawn would call me. I did not get a call back. Then used the messaging on their Web site once again with no one getting back to me. Recommend with such POOR customer service that you pass on them (wasted my time!)

Completed an expensive re-roof with them. An area of the flashing directly above our front doors was bent (prior to our move in) and an eye sore. I asked them to repair it and they placed blame on another contractor who was on the job and would not correct it. A few months later, the brand new roof developed a leak - which they fixed. However, it caused damage in the newly competed home and it was not repaired. For a nearly $40K roof, I expect that flaws in the aesthetics of the roof would be repaired and we wouldn't have a leak. I don't recommend using them.

I never got a return call to come and get a quote. The lady took my number and said someone will call back. Poor customer service. Thumbs down.

Gutters were done 9months ago. Called about a bad gutter leaking into unit. Thay said that would look at it tomorrow. Which was the hardest rainday we've had in years. They never showed up or returned calls. I had to remove gutter to see what they did wrong. It was all wrong. A tricky spot, but done completely wrong. Thanks for not honoring your so called guarantee. And thanks for never showing up or following up. By the way. They "lost the contract" and I had to send it to them.

Although I told them I didn't need a new roof or gutters and what I was looking to do would be minor. I wanted a professional look at a flat roof deck and minor gutter issues, Josh came out and gave me a HONEST evaluation. No upselling. Even mentioned what a great job the previous company did on the torch down. Very knowledgable and took his time even though it wasn't turning out to be a job. i will though, be keeping this business card for the minor and major repairs in the future. I just wanted to give a shout out to local company that did the right thing. Thanks Josh.

Sean of Integ Roof & Gutter just completed a re-roof on our house in January. My husband and I received 3 quotes and felt VERY confident contracting with Integ. Sean is an all around nice guy, his workers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. Sean came by each morning and each afternoon to check in on his workers and touch base with either my husband or myself. Sean coordinated with us for two sola-tube installations, solar panel install and my husband painting the fascia before seamless gutters were installed and he still managed to get the job done in 3 days. I HIGHLY recommend Integ Roof & Gutter.

I think the name of this company needs to be changed. The definition of Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. This company's owners obviously does not. Who rates their own company under a false name? Jesse A. Ridiculous! Too bad yelp does not follow up on liars. Stick with the bad reviews on this company.

We had a roof installed by Integ Roofing. We developed a leak in the gutter area of the roof. It looked as though the gutter separated. Sean came out and did some repair work. It still leaked after he did the repair. He came out again looked inside where the roof leaked and said he would have to do further checking. After three months we did not hear from him.

When I called him to remind him we still had a leak he said he saw painters on the roof and could not warrantee the work. Why did he not say something the first two times he was out to unsuccessfully repair the roof as the painting was done prior to his coming out the first and second time. He wanted to charge for the repair on the third attempt to repair the roof.

I had a second roofer repair the roof. He found 2 rafters broken, possibly caused by too much weight when Integ loaded all the shingles in one spot. Certainly, the painters could not have been enough force to break two rafters. Integrity is not part of Integ Roof and Gutter Company.

Great company. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to get a bid from them as they looked like a reputable company. Sean (the owner) provided the estimate in person and was friendly, offered various options for reroofing, and offered a very competitive price. The work was completed quickly, on time and looks great. Once everything was completed we noticed that one of our roof vents on the garage had been replaced with a smaller (less effective than what we had) vent.

When I brought it to Sean's attention, he didn't hesitate to offer his help and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the replacement. For me, what makes this a company that I will enthusiastically recommend to others is when they will go the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of their customers.

They did a wonderful job on our beautiful new roof. The price was better than all the other bids we got. The service was friendly and the roofers were so clean with our property. They take credit cards ( cha Ching on the Amex miles it got me) and even offered financing but we didn't need it. I highly recommend this company for roofing and rain gutters.

I checked them out before too.they have all the insurances and licenses required to do business unlike one of the other bids we got where the guy didn't even have workers compensation insurance for its employees ( read.homeowner could get held liable in an accident). I highly recommend Integ Roof and Gutter Co.

Integ roofing repaired our roof and installed rain gutters at my home. The quote was fast and thorough. All the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The quality of work is very good and they clean up after themselves (unlike some other contractors). The pricing is fair and was competitive with other quotes, and they went beyond the scope of work and helped with other small issues on the roof with no extra charge. I would definitely use Integ again and recommend them to my friends and family.
