DURA Foam

I had a service visit by Lalo and Adam from Dura-Foam recently. If I could give them a 6-start review, I would, because their custom service was truly above and beyond what you would expect. Long story short, the main section of my house has foam roof (installed by them a few years ago) but the family room addition has a different flat roof. There was a slow leak that is right between the two sections during the recent rain.

It's not clear where the leak was from. The crew came here, did a thorough check and found some questionable areas not related to the foam roof but they took care of it anyway. I'm a very happy customer of Dura-foam and would recommend them to anyone who are considering foam roofs. I want to add that the foam roof makes the house more comfortable during the summer and winter too. A great product and great customer service!

This is one efficient and friendly company. They responded immediately to my queries, answered all my questions and concerns clearly. Within days they had inspected the roof, and set up the job. They kept to their schedule and liaised with the tenant. Job well done.

Dura-Foam crew (Mike, Ali, Emiliano, Lusio, David, Heraclio, Fabio) did a great job insulating my roof. Kept everything clean and neat. Very happy with the result. Outside 91 degrees, inside of the house is 75 degrees, no need to turn on the AC. Highly recommended!

Had some remodeling work on the house done and had to get our foam roof resealed. Mike and Lalo of Durafoam did an excellent job. We are very happy with the quality of the work and their professionalism.

DuraFoam just installed a new foam roof on our house. David, Fabio, Lusio, Anthony, Carlos, and Mike all did a great job - excellent work, all done quickly and professionally.

I've had my Dura-Foam roof for 20 years now, with zero problems. The top level was starting to have a few bubbles that had broken so I had a recoat done this year. I was scheduled for several weeks out, but then they called and managed to get the job done before my travels. The new coat looks wonderful and rock solid, I suspect I won't need any more work for 20+ years.

I should also mention in the middle of this heat wave - that all I have to do to keep the house comfortable is open the windows at night and close them mid morning -- No AC in use. Do people still get tar and gravel?

During the recent rain storm our house "sprung a leak" with water coming in from the ceiling. I called Dura Foam and they were able to send a team out that day, by noon! Anthony and Lucio were GREAT! they looked at my roof and a small patio/landing area and were able diagnose the problem within a very short time. They fixed the leak, cleaned up the area very quickly. Now there is no more water in my hallway. I highly recommend Dura-Foam Roofing and will happily call them again if I ever have the need.!

Dura-Foam installed a new foam roof on our home as part of a full remodel a few years ago. The service they provided was excellent from start to finish. We were in contact with a number of people along the way, from the initial quote through installation and beyond. It was a pleasure to work with a great local family business! ** With the heavy rain that we have been experiencing, we had a small leak in our kitchen. Dura-Foam was quick to respond and come and check it out. Their team arrived promptly and fixed the leak that was totally unrelated to their roofing. Excellent service, honest and reliable & very professional.

Anthony and Lucio are a professional duo. We had a leak at the drain spout which they diagnosed and rectified in a short time including cleaning roof. Good to know our 15 year Dura Foam year is in great shape and leak was minor. Thank you Anthony and Lucio!

I have been working with Dura-Foam for 26 years. They installed my foam roof and my solar system. In this instance, the paint on some interior walls was peeling - a sure sign of water damage. When I cut off the sheet rock, it was really wet inside. The roof was leaking. I was a little surprised the roof was leaking because foam roofs aren't supposed to leak.

I contacted Dura-Foam to get a quote on repairs or a new roof. Adam checked out the roof and sent out a knowledgeable and efficient crew who repaired several cracks. I can't gauge the quality of the repairs because it hasn't rained yet. That said, the Dura-Foam guys are really competent and I expect they did a fine job. They suggested that I get it re-coated next year.

Had our roof re-coated a couple of days ago. Lalo and his team were great! First of all, Lalo was very friendly, professional and courteous. Second, they were supposed to come back the following day to complete the job but were able to do everything on the same day! Third, even with additional work that was needed (optional work listed on the contract), it was all completed on the same day and the work was truly professional.

The roof looks amazing! One of the optional tasks needing attention was work on a skylight that a previous owner had installed and was leaking. I now have the peace of mind that this will not leak anymore due to the great work and focus the team, especially Lalo, had given to the work that was needed. My shoulders feel much lighter. Thank you very much for all you have done.

Dura-Foam is very professional. The bidding process was quick, straight-forward, and include everything. The work, which was a recoat of our current work was done exactly as described. They even cleaned off all the leaves off the garage roof. They understood how to coat correctly with the tile.

We've had our DuraFoam roof for over 20 years. This service was needed to patch the roof because of a remodeling project. They completed the job in less then day on schedule and we are confident that the roof is water tight and ready for the winter.

From the first step to the last everyone that I interacted with at Dura-Foam was professional, friendly and hardworking. We had a flat tar and gravel roof that consistently leaked. Dura-Foam was more than half the price of the other company that we received a quote from. The crew that installed the roof were friendly, accommodating and always cleaned up after themselves. Actually excited for the winter to see how it holds up!

I don't even know where to begin! I now realize after living in my home for 28 years what I've been missing by not having a foam roof. Absolute comfort! Before on a 90° day my interior always was 90 to 100° easy. Now it maintains around 76 to 78° constant. With just a small through the wall air conditioner it now cools my entire house. One of the few products in my lifetime that actually does what it says it does!

Dura-Foam replaced the tar and gravel roof of our Eichler with foam and solar panels in the fall of 2016. We selected them over other foam contractors due to the excellent customer service experience early on, . and couldn't be happier with the quality of the final result. LaMont took a lot of time to walk me through all the details of the construction process at his initial visit, answering all my questions.

Later the crew took great care in all preparatory changes (elevating skylights and covering all surroundings). What amazes people the most is the super flat mounting of our 25 solar panels, which are invisible from anywhere around the house and street despite covering the entire roof. Some Eichler communities now have restrictions what can be done so as not to impact the flat roof aesthetic and Eichler owners assume this rules out solar panels. Not if they are installed by Dura-Foam!

Very impressed with their efficiency and follow-up. Before installation they did a very thorough analysis of our roof and gutters. Then in preparation for removing our tar and gravel on the roof the workers installed large plastic sheets hanging from our roof edge to protect our side patio and windows from dust and gravel. They replaced a small. section of rotten wood around a downspout and did an excellent job.

When foam was sprayed it was carefully applied right up to the edge of our second story vertical wall. Our house is now noticeably cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We have been extremely pleased.
