Everyone at Patriot Roofing from Brian Haun (the estimator), to Miguel (Project lead), to John (gutter specialist), was awesome! Brian was very detailed in his bid and went over the many questions we had to follow up. There was never any pressure and they were very patient and knowledgeable. Miguel was very easy to talk to with any concerns and his crew did a great job!
The job was started before estimated time, and once they began the project they kept at it and finished on time! The new roof looks great and the whole experience was seamless! We would highly recommend them!

Had a new roof and cutters installed, roof was supposed to of been less than 20 years old, who ever did the last installed did not use proper materials and every piece of roof decking was rotted from weather. Yes added cost over original estimate, but in the end, I now have a roof that should out last me. Was amazed at the quality of materials and how patriot was able to manufacture the new gutters. This is the second roof I had done by Patriot

I used Patriot Roofing to replace my badly done metal roof with new metal, improve my attic's ventilation, and replace my leaking skylights. They were very professional from start to finish. They use high quality products, and they don't cut corners. I could tell all the workers took great care and pride in their work. They always made sure my yard was cleaned up at the end of the day and used a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind.
The office and sales rep were very responsive. I did get a lower bid from another credible roofing company, but Patriot matched their price. Great work and great communication all around, and an overall a painless experience.

I highly recommend Patriot Roofing. They were great to deal with from start to finish: punctual, communicative, professional. The on-site crews and managers were the same, and they were super about leaving the site clean and free of nails. Best choice I ever made was to have Patriot replace my roof! Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation, Attic venting installation

We started interviewing roofing contractors after doing quite a bit of on-line and word of mouth research and direct observation of companies doing work in our neighborhood. Four different company representatives came out to bid the job. Everybody was there within a week. We had an existing 26yr. old cement tile roof that we wanted to replace with a new asphalt shingle roof, new skylights, new gutters and downspouts, the whole works. Also, there was quite a bit of soffit repair that needed to be done due to rot.
One company had hand cleaned our tile roof four years ago and they gave us a bid for a new asphalt shingle roof at that time. They came out to rebid it. Out of the four people who came out, One flat out said that they couldn't/wouldn't do the soffit repair. Two of the remaining three said they would have to check with their manager but "maybe" they could repair the soffits after the roof work was done.
Only one company rep, Patrick from Patriot Roofing, said "Yes, we are general contractors, and we have carpenters on staff who specialize in that type of work." Wow, one point for Patriot Roofing. Of the four people who came out to look at our house, only one person actually got on the roof, again, it was Patrick from Patriot Roofing. He walked the entire roof and took several photos and notes. Hmm, two points for Patriot Roofing.
The other three companies e-mailed me a one page bid/contract with in a few days. Patrick from Patriot Roofing was the only one who said that he hand delivers the proposals and does not email them. He came out within a few days to show us his bid. The proposal was extremely thorough and filled with photos and information. I feel that he brought up a lot of things ahead of time that the other companies might have missed or ignored and would have driven up the cost and caused delays etc. Patriot Roofing was definitely not the least expensive up front but when you really look into what you are getting, the value is certainly there.
We gave Patriot roofing a deposit and we were scheduled for five weeks out which was good because all the others said that they were booked about 12 weeks. In the meantime, several supervisor/leads checked on the job ahead of time to make sure everything would go as planned. That gave me confidence because that is something I would do myself. The roofing crew was scheduled to start on a Monday but I was asked on Thursday if they can get a head start and come "tomorrow" (Friday).
I said sure and a large crew (five people including a safety monitor) showed up Friday at 8am and began work. They worked all day and made good progress. They buttoned up the roof wind and water tight and cleaned up the area beautifully before they left for the weekend. They even took the porta-potty! Monday morning at 8am sharp the same crew showed up and got right to work.
They worked extremely diligently and efficiently. Jose, the crew lead even took the time to retrieve from the dumpster pieces of our old sheeting to show me why it needed to be replaced. They did not cut any corners and they put in the time it took to do the job right. Wednesday afternoon our new roof was finished and it looked beautiful. Before they left the site they spent a good deal of time nit-picking the area for debris.
They used a magnet roller and a blower also to clean the area. So far, the neighbors have been pretty impressed. There have been several roofing crews in our area lately and this company is definitely a cut above. Of course, you pay for that. Again, they were not the "cheapest" bid I got but so far they have shown the value that I am paying for. They only presented me with one change order during the entire project which was fair considering the size of the job.
They didn't keep hitting me up with more and more charges along the way. Patriot roofing was even able to find the correct equipment to give us the gutter style that we wanted. Other companies said that "It isn't available any longer". If you have a roofing project, definitely give Patriot Roofing a call.

I highly recommend Patriot Roofing! They put a new roof and new gutters on my house while also improving attic ventilation. Everyone was so kind and thorough throughout the entire process. I chose Patriot because I know firsthand that they back their product and services which is comforting when my roof gets hammered by wind and rain. Patriot is the only company I trust. And my new roof and gutters look beautiful!

Like many, the hail did tremendous damage to our metal roof, with leaks in 2 rooms. After unsuccessfully trying 2 others I was told could do metal roofs, we were led to Patriot. As with the others, they were swamped but I explained the situation and Matt E. made a late visit and helped get roof leak temporarily fixed, provided help with covering windows and made sure we were set- all of this with not one signed contract or bid. Matt E. gave us exactly what we needed, offered recommendations and options and was able to get our new roof installed within a few months. If you're getting the runaround and being told "9-12 months or more if you're lucky" before they can get to you, call Patriot today.

The roofing crew was excellent and very professional. The roof was completed on time and the company honored its bid. After installation the crew cleaned up the worksite. They left our property immaculate. We got seven bids and Patriot Roofing's was the most complete. We would highly recommend Patriot Roofing. Everyone involved was wonderful.

Quite possibly one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with in the Norman area. I've lived here for 20 years now. They lied, cheated, and stole from me at every level of their operation. That would include the glossy-toothed owner, the oh-so-accomodating reneging salesman, the non-English-speaking crews of roofing installers, and the arrogant, amateur home-handy-repairmen who will be tasked to fix the calculated damage. Don't be fooled by the fancy vehicles wrapped in easy-to-buy vinyl graphics.
There is nothing Patriotic or desirable in this business or group of people. The company does none of the work themselves, BTW - everything is subcontracted out. Failures by their "imported", "south of the border" subcontractors they will blame and the costs of repair bill to them. The subcontractors really do not give a crap either - they want it done in one day no matter the cost so they can move on to the next job.
They have multiple companies they do the same cheap crap-work for around the state - they're scheduled far in advance. The amount of damage to my house that this company caused does not begin to compare to the aggravation produced by their excuses, waffling, and dissimulation. Almost all of the damage was caused by negligence in tear-off which they did with the most haste and abandon you can imagine.
They tore soffit, facia, trim boards all over the place and then spent 4 weeks trying to repair it all - 5 different fake carpenters. They finally gave up and dumped the load on me to fix while still billing me full price. I'm sure they would have sued me for non-payment of the remaining bill (not that much) so I simply negotiated a discount to get them off my lawn and property forever.
I paid others about an additional 15% of the original cost to finish the repairs and touch up all of the paint. Live and learn. Should you make the mistake of hiring them, be sure to produce the punch-list that any other contractor with integrity would produce themselves. A punch list is the list of work items outstanding, remaining to be done before the job can be considered complete so they can get paid in full.
That means you will need to be an expert in installation and inspection of a new roof in minute detail. They will not offer to fix anything themselves unless you point it out to them. They didn't bother to write anything down I pointed out either, so be sure your punch list is in writing. You'll forget otherwise and get ripped off that way, too.
