My wife and I contracted Temecula Roofing to do a complete tear-off and re-roof on our main house as well as guest house on 8-23-21 through 8-27-21. We are located in Fallbrook and the footprint of the property made it difficult to get new roofing supplies in and demo-material out. I was concerned about this and worried about the damage to our plants and surrounding property.

Happy to report that the project started on time (early) and completed ahead of schedule perfectly. I would normally go into a long drawn out evaluation of their performance, but in this case, I can simply say they could not have provided a better service.period. Having seen hundreds of roofing projects in my past profession, I can confidently say that they are one of the best I've seen and having experienced them first hand, I would recommend Temecula Roofing to anyone seeking this trade. Had a new roof installed by Temecula Roofing recently. It's a huge complicated one but at 30 yrs old had to be done. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience, their great crew was done in one week without ever leaving a mess. Everything went exactly as explained with no surprises except how painless it was. The price was right in line with the other reputable company's we received quotes from and I'm sure some of them would have been good also but we couldn't have been happier with Temecula Roofing. And no we're not connected other than being happy customers.

Temecula Roofing just finished my roof today. The professionalism of the manager and his team was great. They showed up every day until the job was complete. They worked all day and the roof looks great! I am recommending them to friends and family.

I can't speak to warranty because we just had the roof redone but Rob was very responsive and good at updating us on progress. They worked quickly and followed the anticipated timeline.

Robert gave me a quote in October for work to be done on January 2021, but when they had an opening in December, he called me and got the work started. Trevor, Noah & Tyler all showed up for work on time. They were the most polite, communicative, efficient team I've had at our new house (and we've had a lot since we are remodeling the entire home).

Although there was a lot more work than originally planned, Robert was more than fair with the final cost. They are now on my schedule to come out every year to make sure our roof is "tight and right." Also, Jessica who responds to emails and voice mail is very friendly and helpful. Avoid this company. They do not honor their warranty. They put a new roof on our house last year and are charging $1100 for maintenance because it now leaks! What a ripoff! Why did we spend $20k on a new roof only for it to leak?

They replaced my 3000 sq foot tile roof. They had a 6-guy crew that completed the roof in 2 days. Very punctual, clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Temecula Roofing was superb. I needed a leak fixed in my roof prior to selling my house. They showed up on time for my appointment to get an estimate. Very efficient and professional. Even had photos of the problem areas so I could see firsthand. I got a thorough estimate with a clear price point and financing explained. The big win for me was no pressure to make a decision on the spot.

I called back 24 hours later, they scheduled the work day and provided all repairs as promised. And not a penny over the estimate. Their office staff is top notch too. They even text. Win, win, win.

Requested a quote for a small job, with details of what was needed, through Yelp. Got a telephone response in less than 5 minutes requesting my address and to set up a date/time for an estimate. Again, I told them exactly what I needed and the appointment was set on Monday for Friday between 1 and 3. So far so good and the person I talked to was nice and courteous. Friday at 12:30 rolls around and I get a call from Mike stating that he needs to let me know about the minimum (nothing mentioned any time prior to this) for a job. Tells me that they will only do the job I need if I'd like to pay them $1200 for a general roof inspection first.

This wouldn't have been so bad if it had been stated on Monday on the initial callback from them since they already had the details of what I needed. As it is, I've wasted a day rearranging things to be available for this appointment only to get this call 30 minutes prior to when they were supposed to be here. I didn't give one star for this only because I don't know myself the quality of the work they do.

I gave the two star rating for the poor communication and customer service and the fact that this last call came across, to me, as a scam to get me to spend more money with them. Needless to say, I won't be using this company now or for any future needs.

Working in Property Management this time of year is terrifying. A raindrop falls and suddenly we are inundated with calls regarding roof leaks. The hot, dry California climate means many homeowners don't know about roof leaks until a big rainstorm hits and they are scrambling for buckets. A resident of one of our communities called me in distress saying that their roof was leaking, Christmas was days away, they were getting married and taking their honeymoon all over Christmas break.

She sent the owner, Will, right out to take a look at the leak the next day! Wow!

They got back to me, right away, with a quote and the leak was fixed promptly after we responded. Definitely making them one of our preferred contractors with this level of service. Turnaround is key in this industry and they excelled!

We are refinancing our home and needed a roof inspection due to evidence of an old leak in our appraisal report. Temecula Roofing Company was the 1st to respond to my Yelp quote request. As my refinance process has had a few detours, I was grateful to be able to get the inspection done in a timely manner. Rob was on time, arriving just a few minutes before the early part of the window I had been given for my appointment.

He was courteous and provided me with both my inspection report for home loan and a list of upcoming maintenance that I will need to address in the future. I will be calling them again for any future roofing maintenance or repair needs.

We turned to social media to find a local roofer to come check out our leak. The owner of temecula roofing responded to our social media inquiry but instead of sticking to the topic he decided to bad mouth another local roofer. He made him look bad and gave out false information regarding the other roofers license. I should have known to steer clear but I needed someone asap and the other local roofer was super busy and couldn't be out for a few days. I took time off of work and temecula roofing never showed. Not surprised I guess.

Again, this is not a review of the roof work, which from what I have heard is great. It is merely from a service standpoint. I was definitely disappointed in the customer service I received, however, I was contacted by the owner, who apologized and tried to remedy the situation. The roof work had already been completed by another company, so in reality there was nothing he could do, but the offer and effort said a lot about who he is as a business owner, and I appreciated that.
