Delta Innovative Services was established in 1990 in Kansas City, Kansas. Since our founding, we have earned a reputation as one of the most respected commercial and industrial roofing contractors in the Midwest. We have grown to become one of the largest roofing contractors in the Kansas City area and have maintained a personal touch with our clients.
Safety doesn't happen by accident. It is the culmination of knowledge, training, experience, and dedication to the mutual goal of not only having no injuries, but more importantly - not engaging in the unsafe behaviors that lead to them in the first place. Many construction companies will "outsource" safety and hire external companies to audit their safety program. I'm a building engineer for a commercial management company. The campus here has eight buildings which are over thirty years old and have EIFS enclosures. Needless to say, we have problems with leaks. Dan Doty and Delta have been a great help in locating and eliminating leaks which other companies couldn't find. I will continue using Delta.

We have a 1913 home with an original slate roof in a Historic District. The slates were in good condition, but the boxed gutters and flashing needed work. As an architect I had opportunity to discuss the project with many roofing representatives, and was referred to Delta for their extensive experience and knowledge. We evaluated options over a few years, and they were exceptionally professional and thorough in their recommendations.
When it was time to execute the work, they went over and above our agreement without adding additional charges. Nick Sweeney was very responsive and a pleasure to work with, as were the crew. Probably too long a review, but It had been a long time since we have had a good experience on our home projects, and the people did as they said they would do. I would suggest them for large and small projects if you want to work with a group who has integrity.

I cant speak to their quality of performance and product; but I can say that they are certainly not "friendly" and they do not understand the importance or impact of a relationship. If you are all about the cost and the product. which are certainly important and two critical legs of the stool upon which you sit, then rest assured; but if you put any weight into the third leg of that stool - relationship. trust in this.you will fall!
