I have had roofing problems for 9 years whilst havng my roof looked at by multiple roofers. It was difficult to identify as it only ever rained it when it *really* rained. Phil and his team are only human, so they didnt find the magic cure on day 1. However, what set them apart was they talked far more in depth about the specifications of measurement depth of the lead valley and a plan B and C which gave me faith in them.

We tried plan A initially - dug out the mortar which they shown me photos of where it was obvious set correctly initially. Sadly this did not fix my problem. We then went to plan B where i was shown further photos of problems under my further up than we initially realised. Problem solved! A couple of days after the repair and my gutter suddenly starts leaking onto my windowsil keeping me awake at night where it must have been knocked slightly. I messaged the guys and it was solved the next day. Great communication throughout and would 100% recommend them to anyone with roofing problems.
