Highly recommend I am impressed with how quickly Fleming Construction gets the work done, and they do a great job. Their electricians are outstanding. Most of the time, you have to wait on an electrician to come out to do a repair; sometimes a couple of days. Fleming will come out within a few hours of calling to make a professional repair. Five stars.

We had JA Fleming Construction Co. Came out to repair multiple electrical issues, at the properties we manage. The electrical systems have caused our owners problems for many years; we've used other electricians to try to remedy the problem without much success. Flemings electricians solved the problem. We are pleased with the work they have done. We also hired the building contractors to do a few refurbishments; they did a good job for a good price.

Three years ago Flemming put a metal roof on my house. Immediately it began to leak. They eventually did fix it. He told me at that time if the roof leaked they would fix it. Three years later the roof began to leak in the same spot. I've called and called and called. They won't call me back. They are avoiding my calls. I would not use this company again! Update: Flemming still did not fix the leak.
He continues to try to blame the leak on the fireplace or the skylight. The leak is no where near the skylight and I had the skylight and the fireplace inspected by an expert before Flemming came so that I could be sure those were not the problem. He has been trying to blame them all along. The fact is he hired shoddy workers and he can't physically get on the roof to check their work and he refuses to back up his work. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!

Quick-ish to give an estimate but sketchy on start dates. I had to repeatedly call over an entire week to see when work would start, but the owner kept saying his foreman was on vacation. Do they lose phones on vacation and who is running the company? Anyways, don't use this guy if you want a normal, agreed upon timeline. Two weeks later and he wasn't motivated.
