Our experience with Legacy Roofing was wonderful. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and in charge of every detail from beginning to end. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire project ordering extra materials that were needed for roof, including gutters. We would recommend Legacy to anyone needing a roof or repairs. Contacted them on May 28th, 2021 about a leak above my garage. It took several weeks for them to come out to make roof repairs but they did come out. On 10-28-2021 I called the office about the same leak that I had already paid for on August 9th, 2021 that the leak that has returned and now causing mold in my attic, damage to the garage ceiling and water running down the wall.
They never returned my call so I emailed on 10-29-2021, they never responded to my e-mail so I called again on November 8th and they returned my call and said someone would be out the next day, no one came so I called on November 9th and they said someone would be out on November 12th, they never came. Of course it rained yesterday and more damage to my ceiling.
This is disappointing because I have had them replace a roof on a residence I owned in 2018 and I had referred my sister who had a roof replaced in 2019. They did not install the roof that I had repaired but I did pay $650.00 for a roof repair on August 9th, 2021 and would just like the roof repaired. Called twice today and no return call. I would just like it repaired, now the ceiling is getting worse and the mold in my attic is getting worse. The garage it sits over is above my elderly father and I guess he is breathing in the mold from this.

I recommend Legacy Roofing to anyone needing a roof repair, or an entire roof replacement. Dave was helpful from our first meeting following a hail storm, through the completion of the project (roof and gutters replaced). The crew protected my landscape, worked quickly, and left the area clean and neat when finished. Rich is a perfectionist and makes sure even the smallest details are addressed. It was early the year 2020, when a vicious hail storm hit our neighborhood. Afterwards we were inundated with roofers wanting to go on my roof. I had met Dave Sipes of Legacy Roofing earlier when I asked him to look at an obvious slope in my roof where a sky light was removed, so I called him. I asked him to check our roof for damage and help me with my insurance company.
He worked very well with pictures and convinced my insurance to replace the roof. Amazingly Legacy was able to replace my roof in only one day! My neighbors saw that and asked me about Legacy. I asked Dave to give me a handful of his business cards and I gave them out when asked. Legacy got a lot of business in our neighborhood. I even got stopped by some of my neighbors to thank me for suggesting Legacy.
Not only did they do a great job quickly, but the cleanup was fantastic. It occurred to me that my church could have been hit by the storm. I asked Dave to check it out. He did, and found severe damage. Again he dealt with our church's insurance company and we had a new roof up on the church in about a week's time. The congregation was amazed how quickly the roof went up, and how clean everything was when the job was done. They were responsive, easy to work with, and the work was done in less than 2 days. The end result is fabulous! I regret not choosing someone else to replace my roof because working with Legacy has been a nightmare. It took two months after signing the contract for work to finally begin. After work began, it took three months for the project to be "done." They were supposed to replace the flashing around our chimney. Instead of fixing it, they spraypainted it a different color.
The only reason we knew is because we found a spraypaint can in our yard. The crew "finished" our main roof in one day, but neglected to do our awnings, which were part of the project. It took two weeks before someone came out to replace two of them, and then it took another two weeks for someone to come out to do the third. When they replaced the first two, the work was ****.
The singles were uneven and lumpy and someone from Legacy had to come BACK out to repair it again. After everything was supposedly done, we noticed that our shingles curl over the edge of the roof and it looks really dumb. The shingles also drooped INTO our gutters. They told us it's an "aesthetic choice" but that they should have recommended the wood be replaced under the shingles there so it wouldn't do that.
Instead of fixing it, they took money off our cost and told us we could hire someone else to fix it. That is not very professional, in my opinion. If you stand by your work, then fix your work. I have told everyone I know not to choose Legacy. Everything about it was a disaster. The communication, the time, the value, the work, the messes we had to clean up after their crews left every time.
It was all just one big hassle. The only good part about working with Legacy was the gutter guys. They were amazing and did a good job. I wish everything with this project would have been this easy.

Dave Sipes and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof from storm damage. Dave walked us through the entire process from his inspection and documentation of the damage and was present for the inspection of the roof by the insurance adjuster. He also worked with our HOA to obtain their approval of the materials. He kept us informed of the scheduling process and was on site for the delivery of the materials.
The crew did and excellent job removing the old roof and installing the new one. They were very careful to avoid any damage to the landscaping. The crew did an excellent job on the clean up. Dave also handled all of the communication with our insurance company to expedite the payment to us. We would recommend Legacy Roofing to anyone in need of roof repairs or replacement. It was a pleasure to work with them.

My husband and I were remodeling our house and had to patch and repair the roof. Legacy came out and worked to find a match to our existing shingles. They brought several samples and found an exact match. They were there the next day to install the new shingles and communicated with us the entire time. There are countless roofing companies out there. They are a dime a dozen. From my experience not many are dependable, professional, or ethical. The same cannot be said about Legacy Roofing. I had a leak at my rental property and called Legacy. They were there the next day to stop the leak. I got pricing to replace the roof since it was in bad shape from several contractors. Legacy provided a complete proposal and the best value compared to the other quotes I received. This is a first rate company. They are very responsive, their Service Tech's were uniformed with I.D. lanyards, polite and they quickly located and resolved the problems. The invoice even contained multiple pics of the problem found and the repairs made. Legacy Roofing are clearly experts at what they do.
