I have had a few issues with my multi-point locking system on one of my doors. Scheduling the service has been easy to do. Steve, the tech, has been outstanding! I highly recommend APCO.

My experience with APCO was positive from the beginning. The sales representative, the person in charge of arranging the install, the installers, and the person in charge of billing were all fantastic! I purchased a front door with two sidelights. The sales person worked to get me the best price possible for what I wanted and was very patient with me as I tried to decide on colors.

There was a delay due to supply issues with COVID, but both the sales person and the person in charge of arranging the install responded immediately to emails I sent with questions, genuinely wanted to make sure they provided excellent customer service, and made the wait more tolerable (I was excited to get the door). Because of their professionalism, the quality of the product and the installation, and their commitment to customer satisfaction I am already planning to use them again when it is time to reside my house and get new windows.

We used APCO to purchase and install new front and back doors, and we couldn't be happier. They made every step of the process as easy as possible, from selecting the right doors to making sure they were installed perfectly. Our quirky doorways gave the installers more than a few unexpected challenges, but they went above and beyond to solve every problem and get the job done. The new doors look beautiful and truly transform the look of the house.

After a lot of time researching the best choice for replacing our original windows, we decided that we wanted Marvin Windows. APCO was recommended as the local experts and we couldn't be happier with the results. It was a long wait, but we were forwarded and to the best of my knowledge, this has been pretty standard for companies during the pandemic.

They mistakenly painted the outsides of the windows a different color than what we chose, but we ended up liking it and wanting to keep it. The only issue was that the windows that were replaced no longer matched the original windows we kept. APCO painted the rest of our windows at no charge so that they would match the new windows. They were thorough in their follow-ups and the results were outstanding. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service from every department. APCO installed 13 casement windows for me over 10 years ago. One of the large casements recently had a bad seal, and became very cloudy. They ordered a new sash, came out and replaced it, no charge! This year I hired APCO to replace two exterior doors. Another wonderful experience. Their sales rep really helped me hone in on the style, color and design I wanted.

The installer was very respectful, communicative throughout the project and cleaned up well when finished. They were even able to key the new doors to our existing keys. And these Provia doors and new hardware are a beautiful upgrade to our home. Goodbye drafty old doors, Thank you APCO!

Fantastic service and product! We purchased new side and back entry doors to our 100+ year old house. Our sales rep, John, was very helpful and the installer, name escapes me, was fabulous! He had to replace the wood trim around the new doors, fasten the doors into 5 thick brick walls, and we had ZERO dust! How did he do that?!?!? The new trim is almost identical to the original and the doors are beautiful and air tight! No cold draft any more! Thanks, APCO!

Dave Shultz was my salesman and he was awesome! I ordered 13 windows to replace all the windows in my condo. They ended up coming in a month early, which was awesome with all the delays with COVID. My install was scheduled and the day before install, it was forecasted to have heavy, blowing rains. I called and asked if they normally reschedule because of rain and they said no, which concerned me a little.

I was not comfortable with that, so I asked to reschedule and they said I would have to wait another 2 weeks, which I did. I didn't want my interior home getting wet. Turned out to be a smart decision! My install took 2 days. The crew was very prompt and efficient. I did have an issue with the install. When the crew tore out my old windows in my Florida room, all the fascia board split.

This didn't surprise me because it was old. Instead of replacing them, though, they installed the new windows on top of the split fascia. I didn't notice it until the install was completed. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I feel the crew should've stopped and let me go buy more fascia to replace it or at the very least, brought it to my attention. APCO did come back at a later date and replaced all the damaged fascia at their expense.

I also had 4 screens that needed replaced and they did that for me too. The install was a bit bumpy, but in the end, APCO made everything right. I would recommend.just keep an eye on the install process.

I can't say enough about how amazing my new siding looks. Frank and Frankie were awesome! True craftsmen. Punctual, friendly and kept everything very clean and organized throughout the whole project. Highly recommend!

APCO did a great job! The two guys they sent were so professional and kind. It was a pleasure having them in my home, and I smile every time I use my new front door! It is beautiful. They were also very kind to help me with a couple doors I was having trouble with. Fixed them right up! I highly recommend this company.

Steve K came out today and installed tension screws on all of my windows. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He treated everything as if it were his own home. Once again APCO was amazing!

APCO provided a great home improvement experience for us! We had a second story deck built and a door installed for access. Mike, the terrific guy who built our deck singlehandedly was the best. He worked in the scorching August heat, with pure clay soil and was an absolute perfectionist about his work. Our deck is beautiful, and the envy of all our neighbors. Highly recommend APCO and Mike!

Had a great experience with APCO. We did a lot of research and were knowledgeable going into the process. Received 5-7 estimates to explore options to replace windows, replace wood trim or potentially get rid of wood trim and re-side the house, soffit and fascia, gutters, and replace two exterior doors. Felt the most comfortable with APCO's knowledge, service and warranty.

They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. We met with APCO multiple times and asked a lot of questions before making any final decisions. They were transparent with timeframe and supply chain challenges, and quoted us an approximate 3 month lead time (ended up being 4 months, but we were not in an immediate rush and communicated this to APCO). Communicated with APCO's office staff numerous times, all were thorough in their communications. Overall, pleased with each team that conducted their portion of the job. However, the siding team was exceptional, including the Project Manager overseeing the siding, soffit and fascia.

They worked hard, well over 8 hours each day, spent significant amount of time each night cleaning up; even when it began to rain outside, they never stopped. Ultimately, we had some small hiccups (inevitable on a large job), but nothing that wasn't rectified quickly and properly. Would definitely recommend APCO, we were pleased with the overall experience and final product.

APCO employees were courteous and professional. They perfectly installed 11 windows and siding on our room addition. I highly recommend APCO! Jason, Matt, and Jay are the best in the business!

We got the full on APCO experience when we selected them for a Sunroom addition. We had 3 quotes, but APCO provided the best plan & price. Mike knew what he was talking about & we trusted him. Did everything go as planned, no. but it never does when it comes to construction. It helped that we were home during construction to avert some potential concerns.

It's been a year since completion. The BEST INVESTMENT we made. Love the room & quality of work. Some problems that came up during the year were addressed by the service dept. They didn't take our money & run. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Mike(bossman) Brent (project manager) randy&crew(craftsman extraordinaire) and Austin (service manager). Oh and to the "young man" John who put in our HVAC system. That was no small feat.!

I was very pleased with the quality of work when installing the Windows. They seemed to work very quickly and had my whole home done within a few days. Vince was the salesman that came out to show me their product and options and I was very pleased with the info he provided without all the pressure and he was very quick to email me a full estimate with every window labeled with each location it would be installed. I was over all very happy with APCO and would use them for future projects.

We have trusted APCO with doors, siding, and windows in both homes we have owned. Quality materials installed by craftsmen. Vince, our salesman was an excellent help in picking out materials at our home. We are very pleased.

Hired APCO to install two new storm doors on a historical brick home in Clintonville based on seeing positive reviews here and on other forums. From start to finish, APCO provided an excellent experience. Sales staff was timely, attentive and patient with our many questions and requests. The installation technician took his time to provide a quality installation in less than ideal weather conditions.

The product itself is also lovely and has done a fantastic job of providing both security and draft protection. All in all, would highly recommend APCO for their expertise, responsiveness and quality control!

I recently purchased 17 windows and a bay window from this Columbus based company. The sales service from John was outstanding; there wasn't an elaborate dog and pony show I received with some other window companies in Columbus (Some stayed in my home for over 4 hours!) They manufactured my windows 3 weeks ahead of schedule and were very accommodating when it came time for installation. If you are looking for quality windows, locally based company and great customer service I highly recommend at least getting a quote from APCO.
