Admittedly I can not speak to the quality of One Red Slate Roofing as Steven May promised twice to come investigate a roofing issue and failed to show up both times. He was not very professional and was extremely callous about wasting my time. I hope with potential future customers he will be honest up front that his schedule is full. It was at best inconsiderate, but mostly just rude. Proceed with fair warning if you choose to call.

Called and was told they were 1 to 2 weeks out for estimates. After 2 weeks, called back to check on possible date to look at my roof. Had to leave a message. It has been 3 business days, no response/communication of any kind since initial call back from them 3 weeks ago. If this is any indication of their customer service/job performance, better off with another company.

Called. Talked to them. Said they would call me back. Nothing. Going to use Precision Slate. UPDATE: They called me back after a week and said that they would come out today. So, I did not call another company. However, today is the day and they never showed up. And to make matters worse, they are fully aware that I have a leak that needs addressing ASAP. Stay clear from this company. They obviously do not understand customer service let alone know how to run a business.
